It was absolutely perfect for me and my little daughter! Actually I don't know where to start. Quickly and totally friendly and really exerted! Carlo showed us in the rain with the umbrella the next market and waited for us until I was finished, there was information about Padua prepared in the room, it's no problem to walk to the center (even with children), we really had everything we needed! Thanks a lot!

I stayed at B&B Santa Sofia with my mother, and we both loved it. The room was nice and had everything we needed, including a perfectly working air-conditioner (it was August when we were there). The bathroom is shared, but with only two rooms, this wasn’t a problem at all. The house was perfectly located, and we could walk to everything. Breakfast was lovely and varied. Carlo was the most accommodating and friendly host you can imagine. On the morning we had to leave, he got up at 4:30 to make us breakfast even though we told him he didn’t have to. So nice.

My stay here was brilliant. Carlo and his wife were very welcoming and attentive to anything I needed. They were very helpful when asked for recommendations of what to see in the area. The room was great, very clean and well designed/furnished. The aircon was fantastic after staying in a not so nice hotel nearer the train station. I would highly recommend a stay here, great value and great hosts! I couldn't believe they had just started running the B&B at the beginning of the year! All the best for the future!

Carlo is a really helpful person. The room has everything for a short stay, including a small fridge, microwave, kettle, herbal teas and infusions, and bottled water provided. Everything is very clean and tidy. The street is quite busy during the day, but in the evening it is quiet. For those needing an overnight stay in the Portello area, it is the TOP.

The structure is clean and comfortable, very central and convenient for reaching any point of interest in the city. The manager was kind and attentive, he had warned us that there would be no breakfast, but it would be correct to remove the alternative from the online selection to avoid confusion. Furthermore, he did not accept payment by card, claiming not to have a card reader, which was not a problem for us, but I don't think this is regular. One last note: in the description, it mentions 'bathroom outside the room' while it is more precisely 'bathroom shared with another room' and it should be clear from the start. This inaccuracy lowers my rating of the structure.

Carlo's house is very nice and welcoming! It is located 5 minutes on foot from the center of Padua. The rooms are clean and equipped with a television with Sky. They are located on the right side of the same house where the homeowners live. There is also a small fridge and a microwave for shared use.

Mr. Carlo and his wife are wonderful and very helpful people. I have booked the room for more than ten times in a year feeling at home. The area is perfect, ten minutes from the center and the university street. The rooms and the bathroom are welcoming, elegantly furnished and have all the comforts. Thanks again for everything, I am sure that if I had to return to Padova, I would not hesitate to book another night.

They did not give us breakfast. There is no service. It seems more like a room for rent. Please note: travel light. There are 2 flights of stairs to climb! Parking is not guaranteed. You have to look in the nearby streets.

The apartment is located in a historic building in the city center on the second floor (no elevator): the double room, spacious, has a large private bathroom. The cleanliness is impeccable, the beds are made daily. Breakfast is not provided. The location is quite convenient for visiting the main monuments and there are numerous typical bars and restaurants in the surroundings. Overall, a recommended accommodation.

I am writing this review after about two years, unfortunately I cannot specify 2016 because the system does not allow me to. The property is in a great location, you can reach all the places of interest: in my case, the hospital in Via Giustiniani. The owners, Mr. Rosso, and his spouse are two splendid people, unique for their kindness and availability, always attentive to the customer's needs. The rooms and bathroom are always clean and tidy, and the fact that the latter is shared does not cause any inconvenience. I will definitely come back, also to personally thank Mr. Rosso again for his great availability and his big heart, a truly exceptional person.

The two rooms are comfortable and welcoming, equipped with all the necessary furniture, as well as a television and wi-fi connection; the bathroom, spacious and well-furnished, has a shower cubicle. The breakfast, abundant and varied, is provided upon request by the manager, although I did not partake. The entrance is independent, where a door separates the rooms and the bathroom of the B&B from the rest of the house.
