We stayed for two nights at Ugo’s B&B and we highly recommend it! Located in a charming and quiet village, it’s the perfect base for beautiful hikes in the Dolomites. Tre Cime and Cortina d’Ampezzo are both within easy driving distance.\n\nThe B&B itself is spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the mountains. Breakfast with fresh croissants and excellent coffee.\n\nWhat really makes this place special is Ugo’s hospitality. He is incredibly kind and helpful. When we had car trouble, he personally came with us to the garage to help with translation. Which was a huge relief, as our Italian is very limited.\n\nWe would happily return!

A very kind gentleman who takes care of each of his guests. The house is pleasantly quiet. We had a wonderful view of the mountains in front of us. Supermarkets and restaurants are a short distance away, but everything is within easy reach.

Basically, everything is okay (as almost always for the establishments of your B&B booking/search service). In this case, only a small anomaly (oversight?) to report: in exchange for the payment (by bank transfer) of the agreed deposit at the time of booking, the payment (in cash - POS device not present/available) of the balance did not correspond to a receipt. Situated in a quiet and strategic location for moving around by motorcycle to the various places to visit. Simple room, nice but poorly soundproofed. Mr. Ugo was very kind and courteous. If I really have to find a flaw, breakfast could be improved by offering more options, perhaps even savory ones. Overall, we had a good time and we will surely return.

This is the second time we have stayed at this establishment. The environment is well-kept and clean, and the breakfast is very good. The manager is friendly, kind, and it is enough to ask for suggestions on visiting the Cadore and its surroundings. What I like the most is where B&B Piana di Nebbiù is located, quiet and surrounded by greenery.

Our room had an external private bathroom, there were no keys because both close only with a latch. And I really didn't like this. Unlike other rooms, ours was inside the manager's apartment and it was strange and embarrassing. The room wasn't cleaned even once in a week. The breakfast is very limited: one croissant each, bread, butter, jam but no cakes, cookies, cereals or the possibility of a savory breakfast. There are no brochures and leaflets of the place and nearby ones, but the manager is good at recommending itineraries.

We were hosted by Mr. Ugo who was helpful and hospitable. The structure is in line with what was described and the price is consistent with what was offered. I would have appreciated a breakfast with a choice of savory foods, but this does not detract from the fact that we were satisfied. It was an excellent solution for our needs.

Terrible experience. The adjacent room from a loft lacks any soundproofing, so every little noise could be heard. Poor service quality: unstable Wi-Fi, no TV, patched towels, and, sweetly enough, the owner confidently without POS and not issuing receipts. Definitely a negative experience.

Antonio, mi dispiace che non sia rimasto contento del suo pernotto, le faccio però notare che la televisione non è un requisito obbligatorio e neanche il POS visto che la mia struttura non ha partita IVA, comunque il saldo sarebbe stato possibile pagare anche con bonifico immediato. In quanto alla ricevuta se lei me l'avesse chiesta gli è l'avrei fatta (ricevuta su richiesta). La mia struttura ha 2 leoni (stelle) ed anche il costo è adeguato a questo; sicuramente non può offrire un servizio da 4 stelle. In un pernotto di 3 notti avrebbe potuto avvisarmi della situazione e dell'asciugamano, lo avrei immediatamente sostituito. Di solito se ci sono problemi si cerca di rimediarli al momento non sfogandosi poi con una recensione non del tutto corretta e super negativa. Noto che la sua è una della pochissime recensioni negative e questo mi consola del mio operato. Saluti Ugo Serafini.

Located at the edge of a forest a few hundred meters above the main road, it is very easy to reach by car, if you are on a bike you will struggle a bit, but it's worth it. The structure is small, but cozy, well furnished and clean. Suitable for hikers and those looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday. If you are an early riser, you may have the chance to see roe deer or deer from the window. The manager Ugo is a good connoisseur of the surrounding mountains and can give you useful advice on excursions suitable for your abilities. Breakfast is simple, with fresh croissants and bread, packaged butter and jams, served from 8 onwards. We had no problems, but if you want to leave much earlier you will have to give it up, unless you make arrangements with the owner. Lack of credit card payment option.

Despite the COVID rules, the manager never wore a mask at any time. There is little privacy when sleeping on the same floor as the owner and having to have breakfast with him present, the privacy was lacking quite a bit. Polite and very kind for the rest. I was not provided with any invoice or discount for which no action was taken.

Buonasera Grazia, mi dispiace constatare che non è stata pienamente soddisfatta del soggiorno nella mia struttura, cosa che nelle nostre conversazioni cordiali non mi sembravano esserci stata. Riguardo prezzo-qualità il fatto di spendere 100 euro al giorno, praticamente in 4 persone; 4 biciclette gratis e le informazioni dettagliatissime fornite da me sui luoghi del Cadore e fuori Cadore con le quali avete potuto constatarne le sue bellezze, mi sembra che il suo giudizio è penalizzante (l'anno scorso in campeggio primi di giugno dormendo in tenda, con i bagni a 50m e senza colazione ho speso 21 euro al giorno). Sperando in un suo ritorno in Cadore, del quale mi sembra siete stati affascinati, la saluto cordialmente. Serafini Ugo.

I stayed at B&B Piana di Nebbiù from July 24th to 27th on a short motorcycle vacation. I had a great time thanks to Mr. Ugo, always ready to give valuable advice on places to visit. I recommend it to everyone, good breakfast and clean rooms. Honestly, in the evening, alone in the room, I missed the television a bit but it's my personal opinion. Otherwise, excellent B&B.

My girlfriend, our dog and I stayed at the B&B Piana di Nebbiù for four days, and I must say we had a great time. The B&B is located in a relatively isolated and quiet area, with a beautiful forest behind it, but it is also very convenient to the main services, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, sandwich bars, ice cream parlors, etc. Mr. Ugo is a lovely person, always ready to give excellent advice on possible walks and scenic places, places to eat well without spending too much, always offering the most suitable alternative to our needs. We always enjoyed chatting about various topics, from hiking to agriculture, hunting, niche tourism and mass tourism, always with shared opinions, but if at a certain moment there is no time to chat, Mr. Ugo kindly steps aside without being intrusive. We also bought some delicious mountain potatoes that Mr. Ugo cultivates with great passion. The B&B is well cared for, the breakfast is excellent and abundant, with delicious jam-filled brioches, the rooms are really well maintained and very welcoming, you will like it!

We were there in early July, with a 2 and a half year old child, I would say very good! A structure that allows a lot of autonomy and freedom! The beautiful lawn around the B&B, with deer so close by: lots of nature very close to the village! The room reserved for us is comfortable with a spacious and well-maintained en-suite bathroom, plus two terraces; the common dining room is very convenient because it is well equipped, it was also useful for dinners prepared by us. The owner, while serving breakfast, proudly shows you the area and gives useful tips for daily excursions.

We spent the last 4 days of the year 2015. Great solution as a location to visit part of Friuli, the upper province of Belluno with Cortina, Trentino with Dobbiaco, San Candido, Brunico. Great accommodation, in a fraction of Pieve di Cadore in a beautiful villa in the green, quiet. Modest breakfast, management of the unique owner who lives there by hand. We were satisfied.

Bed and Breakfast immersed in greenery in an optimal position for excursions of any level, from walks in the woods reachable on foot to the more challenging destinations. The peaks of Lavaredo are about forty kilometers away and are definitely worth a stop! The manager is very helpful for any kind of information, from culinary suggestions to more technical details about the destinations nearby.
