Andrea has a charming home a stone's throw away from Lake Garda. A great host, a beautiful property and two big, cute dogs. I would absolutely visit again if I'm ever back in the area!

Andrea, the host, was very nice. He welcomed us warmly and showed us everything we needed to know for our stay. He also lent us bicycles free of charge so that we could explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast area was great, with a wonderful view of Lake Garda. Andrea was very helpful when we left, making sure we caught our train on time. We highly recommend Andrea's accommodation.

The breakfast was very good, tasty and filling! Free bike rental and his cute dogs were a nice addition to our stay😊! We had a delightful stay at this charming B&B over the weekend. The owner made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived with his warm and welcoming demeanour. His hospitality truly made the experience special. The location is excellent for exploring the beautiful lake towns, as it is barely a 10-minute drive to the train station. Reaching central Milan by train was also incredibly convenient, taking just about an hour. It was the perfect base for both relaxation and sightseeing. A special mention goes to the adorable dogs, who added to the homely and cosy atmosphere. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. We cannot wait to return!

The room was clean and quiet, and there was a wonderful view from the porch where we had breakfast. The host had bikes that he lent out. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance. And the two dogs on the property are so cute. Very nice stay.

If during your travels you need to stay in a cozy place and feel at home, B&B La Familia will be the best choice. Andrea is a caring and responsible host who provides a high level of service. The large comfortable house with beautiful interior is always clean and tidy, and the guest room is always clean, fresh and cozy. The guest room is equipped with everything you need: furniture, clean linens and towels, shower and bathroom. In the morning you will meet for a cup of fragrant coffee with croissant, donuts, cheese, butter and sausage. Unlike many hotels that offer only a sweet breakfast, Andrea's House takes care of variety, taking into account that guests may be not only Italians, but also tourists from other countries who have different eating habits. The house is set in a beautiful location with lots of space, beautiful vineyards and many trees. It is a real family estate where guests are always welcome. A 5-minute drive from B&B La Familia is the Gardaland amusement park, which is why I came to Lazise with my daughters. A 15-minute drive away is the beautiful Parco Termale del Garda. At 30 minutes drive is unforgettable Verona, where you will find great cultural heritage, beautiful architecture and wonderful places to relax. The general location of B&B La Familia is very good for shopping in the nearby stores, sightseeing and combining outdoor activities inside B&B La Familia with outdoor activities. This is the best place I've ever had to stay in while traveling in Italy. If we go to Verona or Gardaland again, I would love to stay at Andrea's house. It was very nice to receive a unique wooden keepsake magnet as a gift, which is a kind of business card of B&B La Familia. It is unusual, memorable and simply beautiful. Thank you, Andrea and his mother for their hospitality, coziness, friendliness, hospitality and attention!

We had a lovely stay here with Andrea. He was the perfect host, the room was perfect, WiFi and air conditioning were great. The breakfast was beyond expectations. So close to the water/restaurants/themeparks/bus stops. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Our short vacation was wonderful due to our host and his beautiful B&B. His 2 dogs were a hit with my family and we will be back for a longer period next time.

We had a pleasant stay with Andrea. We were warmly welcomed by him and his two well-behaved dogs. The location of the historic house was perfect for us,and we especially enjoyed the tranquility of the natural garden and the beautiful view at breakfast. Lake Garda was not far away and was easily reachable on foot. Our room was spacious and very clean. Thanks to the air conditioning it was comfortable despite the high temperatures.

Andrea is a very friendly host and welcomed us wonderfully in his very beautiful house.

The best part was the abundant breakfast, prepared with love. And the garden. And the path through the vineyards to the lake. And the proximity to the lake. And the chirping of the crickets. And the delicious pizzeria around the corner.

The owner Luca was very kind and friendly. The room was clean,except for some cobwebs. Breakfast included products that were always fresh and bought by the owner that same morning. The location is a bit inconvenient,far from supermarkets.

For those who love nature and peace, it is the ideal location. Andrea makes you feel at home, he is kind and always available. The rooms are clean and for breakfast there is sweet and savory, according to your tastes. I was with children, the location is perfect for reaching the parks in a few minutes. I will return soon!

Simple but efficient structure. The owner Andrea is a nice, helpful, friendly person and gives good advice on what to do and see in the surroundings of Lazise. Ultimately, it is a good solution for those who love nature and care about efficiency without too much fuss.

The structure is close to the center, the room is quiet and dark. The reception girls are very kind. The breakfast is assorted. I would return.

Great location for those who want to visit Gardaland and/or Movieland on Lake Garda. We stayed over the weekend in a spacious attic recently renovated, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast is varied and typically Italian. Good value for money. The manager is friendly, exuberant but definitely well-intentioned. Overall, a pleasant experience for a fun weekend.

The structure is very beautiful in a strategic location, in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious, clean with everything you need. Abundant sweet and savory breakfast. Recommended structure. The manager is always present, friendly and good company. Recommended.

We had a great time! Very close to Gardaland on foot. Andrea is very nice and easygoing, and what can I say about the two big dogs that always welcomed us when they saw us.

A beautiful place surrounded by greenery. A three-story farmhouse with excellent space dimensions. Andrea, the owner of the B&B, is a very kind and friendly person who makes you feel at home. The location boasts an excellent position; in fact, from there, within a twenty to thirty-minute walk and five to ten minutes by car, you can reach Gardaland, Canevaworld, and Movieland. The town is well-equipped with everything: restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. I would say it's top!

The structure is very comfortable due to its proximity to the playgrounds and various points of interest, close to the restaurants reachable even on foot, very helpful owner and always present. Cozy structure, a thank you to Andrea who made us feel at home.

We stayed at the property in August mainly to take the kids to Gardaland, but we also managed to visit Riva del Garda and Sirmione, as the B&B La Familia is located not far from these two locations. We were immediately welcomed warmly by Andrea and his two beautiful dogs. The room was clean and spacious and although it was attic, it was very cool, and also equipped with air conditioning. The breakfast was good, and Andrea had no problem organizing a gluten-free breakfast for my daughter who is celiac, reserving a corner with all the products dedicated just for her. The atmosphere is peaceful and informal. A B&B that feels like home, we had a great time. I would definitely not recommend it to those who do not like animals.

Structure surrounded by greenery in a beautiful park surrounded by olive trees and vineyard. Located in a fraction 5 km from Lazise but a stone's throw from the beach and lakeside of Pacengo, where you can walk for a nice walk on foot (Lazise approx. 1 hour). I recommend it!

Interesting place for its location in the region and for the environment in which it is immersed but too close to the Gardesana. Convenient to reach Gardaland and other amusement parks. Room without windows at man's height. Welcoming manager.

We spent a weekend at this splendid location, and I can only thank for the excellent treatment received.
