B&B Casa del Miele

Enrico is a very kind host and provided us with information on how to arrive by bus and how to get dinner at the Casino as the only nearby restaurant is closed on a Monday. The B&B is clean and comfortable with a spacious bedroom and well equipped bathroom. It is very convenient for the airport and Enrico saw us across the busy main road to get the bus to there before our flight. Thanks Enrico.

Very convenient and clean place, nice owner!

My daughter and I stayed the night before an early morning departure. We felt safe and the room was very clean. Enrico, the host, is very cordial and friendly. For a small fee, he drove us to the airport early the next morning. The property is about a 15-20 minute drive from the train station, so we had to take a taxi to arrive at the bed and breakfast - just FYI.

Enrico is a friendly and helpful host and gave me a lift to the airport in the morning for just €10 (walking looked unsafe - a busy road without pavements). The room was clean with a good shower. It is basic but is very good value. The bed was harder than I like but Enrico provided an extra pillow when requested and spare blankets were available. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you Enrico.

Great host. Close to the Venice Airport.

The place was great, very close to the airport and a nice pizzeria place. Enrico was also really nice and accommodating.

Enrico picked us up at the airport and ensured we got to the bus the next morning. I wish we had had time to sit in his lovely garden. Lovely house in a good position near the airport but a very noisy busy road outside the house.

We are very pleased with our stay. The host was very helpful and made it easy to book a shuttle to the airport the next morning. He gave us good recommendations for dinner and transportation. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location.

Very close to the airport and the bus stop within walking distance of B&B Casa del Miele, cost is €1.30 (taxi will cost €20) convenient for this purpose, not much else available in the area. Beds were 2 singles, air conditioning included. No facilities to make tea or coffee in rooms. Pleasant stay and recommended for a quick trip to the airport. The host was extremely helpful and pleasant.

This property was so conveniently situated near Marco Polo airport. I received a warm welcome from Enrico who gave me the times of the buses to Venice and even came to the bus stop with me! I would highly recommend this for a short stay.

Wonderful little place, a little out of the way. I stayed here to catch a ride to the airport, which worked perfectly. Ride from the proprietor, a very nice man, is 10 euros, takes less than 10 minutes. Only warning is that the buses from the airport are not frequent and sometimes confusing so it is worth taking the airport taxi. Great for staying the night before a flight.

This B&B is excellent if you need to catch a plane the following morning as it is only a few minutes away from Marco Polo Airport in Venice. No problems with parking, lots of parking and accessible. It is a rural area and, of course, not in Venice City. I stayed in the "small room", not so small after all, which had a self-contained bathroom (shower). It was clean but no frills. I presume it goes with the price which was pretty good. A little bit of colour would make the place more attractive to the general public. I had no problem with the Bible being on the table although some people would find this objectionable. The night was a little noisy due to a neighbour’s dog barking; I am sure something can be done about that as it is not pleasant to listen to it for hours. It was likely an exception. I cannot comment on breakfast as I did not request one. Enrico is a very pleasant gentleman and very helpful. I believe that if you needed any help, he would be there for you and would help in any way possible.

No breakfast, we left at 4 am... very nice owner... we only stayed one night, in transit to catch our flight, but we enjoyed it.

Enrico is a very kind and very friendly host. I was about thirty minutes late for the agreed time. I called him and he agreed to wait for me without any problems. He explained to me well how the house works. He assured me that I could call him 24 hours a day if I had any questions or problems! I will gladly come back.

Very practical. The owner was on time to drive us to the airport at 4 am. In a quarter of an hour, we were there. Very much appreciated.

The owner is very kind. The only downside is that you have to leave the room to access the toilets (private toilets nonetheless).

For one or two nights it is sufficient, for example for a short trip to Venice or a day at the seaside, if you do not want to stay too far from the airport. A bus stop is located right across the street, or 100 meters away. The noise level at night is quite high due to the location between the airport and the main road. Planes take off and land until 1 am and then again from 6 am, and trucks drive on the road all night long. It's something to be prepared for. In Europe there is religious freedom, so the Bibles on the nightstands did not bother us, we are tolerant. It's also possible to ignore such things.

The perfect place, next to the airport, and the owner very kind, but there was no "breakfast"... so it was just "bed".

Enrico very attentive and kind despite the delay of our flight, and other incidents he came to pick us up at the airport and facilitated all the procedures and transfers the next day. Thank you very much.

We went as a couple, looking for accommodation near the Airport to depart the next day. We already knew the area, there are no bars nearby, but it is well connected to Mestre and Venice. Enrico was lovely, he provided us with information on all the transportation. The room was clean, equipped with sheets and towels and a very spacious bed. In general, we cannot say anything negative. Thank you very much Enrico!

Solo traveler for study reasons. Towards me, the owner was from the very beginning a person who was not very receptive, both in terms of hospitality and in terms of accepting suggestions that could improve the services offered to customers. On the evening of my arrival at the B&B, the owner informed me that electronic payment using the POS was not allowed (or rather, discouraged) because it would incur additional costs for him and for me. The only payment method accepted by Giorgiutti is cash, so he suggested that I withdraw money at the airport, taking advantage of my commitment to return the rental car nearby. I did not find an ATM in use, nor did I have time to look for others because it was late evening and I had not dined, so I informed him that the only possible payment was with POS. The next morning, at check-out, the POS came out and I paid regularly with my debit card. The cost of €76.40 is divided as follows: €55 for the room with bathroom, €20 for the airport transfer, €1.40 tourist tax. The misunderstanding about payment, it is superfluous to remark that the owner, in this circumstance, took me for a fool, was not the only negative note. No breakfast was provided, a condition at least fanciful if we talk about Bed and Breakfast (bed and breakfast!). The owner states that with breakfast, he would have to increase costs for the customer, so he prefers to exclude it. The room (2 single beds + private bathroom) did not have a TV, nor a towel for the face. Only one large towel for the shower was provided. Regarding the towel, the owner justified the saving with the need to contribute to civic engagement on environmental sustainability, a position poorly described on a notice posted in the bathroom. Messages that can convince tourists not familiar with Italian or ignorant of the concept of sustainability. An important step to reduce waste and contribute to sustainability is to reduce the use of paper, not of reusable fabric towels. Regarding the absence of a TV, which I found unacceptable in 2025 for a single-use room costing €55, when I raised my complaint, the owner reacted rudely, claiming that I could not complain after the fact and accusing me of "exacerbating tensions". An absolutely correct and cordial expression of displeasure turned out to be a source of annoyance and an unpleasant verbal reaction. In certain cases, it is better to remain silent and not "exacerbate". There is the tool of review, more useful when negative than when positive. Probably we did not get along or I was unwelcome for reasons unknown to me, certainly a unique experience, personally not to be repeated. I hope that the assessment of my experience, supported by an accurate description of the facts, can help people choose wisely, and can lead the owner to think calmly about improving the service offered, perhaps with more humility and more availability towards those who pay. After all, the spirit of activities like that of the B&B should impose a level of hospitality even higher than that of other types of accommodation.

Everything perfect. Mr. Enrico is a super helpful and extremely kind person.

Too bad, the host is really nice and helpful, but the structure is not up to par: only one towel provided, no TV, large but bare and unwelcoming room. The cost without breakfast of 55 euros (for one person) is too high, especially considering that it is located on the provincial road and inside the airport.

I appreciated the proximity of the structure to parking lots equipped with shuttles to reach Venice airport, the proximity to bus stops to reach Venice, and the cleanliness. Excessively spartan furnishings, hard bed, lack of TV, lack of kettle. The structure is located very far from commercial activities. Recommended only for those who need to stay overnight without too many expectations.

The only positive side is the location near the airport, not to spend more than one night there.

The manager is very attentive.

For us the reference point in Venice. Close to the airport, parking, bikes available, strategic and comfortable location to experience the magical lagoon. Always beautiful, bright, and comfortable white room. Super breakfast and Enrico's kind, helpful, and professional welcome. A must! Well-being, comfort, and relaxation guaranteed. Highly recommended.

Family management is always the best and Enrico is the interpreter of it in the best possible way. Excellent breakfast and excellent hospitality. Excellent strategic structure for the lagoon. We didn't have breakfast because we left early for excursions. We had little time for vacation. We were sorry. We will come back and highly recommend it.

When I travel, I always choose a Bed and Breakfast, as I also have this activity. In Venice, I chose the B&B Casa del Miele, we are both on this B&B portal. We managers then, when we are with a colleague, are always a bit more careful in evaluating. The B&B, besides being beautiful, is detailed, excellent breakfast, and maximum cleanliness. Enrico then, with his advice, was an excellent guide to visit Venice, making us discover beauties of the city not usual to tourists. Venice, the city of art par excellence, as well as B&B Casa del Miele, I recommend it, sure that it will also be a beautiful choice for you, you will feel at home with friends, great friends.

Just returned after staying in this establishment. Excellent location for those who need to go to the airport the next day. Surrounded by greenery. The room I stayed in was decent, rustic, with few colors. We were two, but there was only a small shower gel (it could have been requested), but I think these things should be anticipated. The only flaw perhaps is the imposition or not, I do not know, of the Bible and the Gospel above the bedside table. I think it is not correct to keep a Bible on the bedside table, also because I do not believe. Overall, a nice establishment and the owner is very kind, courteous, and available. Just a small flaw regarding the fact that the second person who left after me asked where they could find a bar for a coffee and it was not pleasant to offer it, despite the 55 euros paid (it was not included, but the unplanned coffee gives, in my opinion, that touch of kindness that makes you want to return). We stayed for just one night at this B&B. The rooms are very large and welcoming (the beds are very comfortable). The location is ideal for those who cannot or do not want to stay in the center of Venice, but reaching it is very easy, because there is a bus that stops right in front of the B&B. The manager is very nice. He provided us with all the information on how to get around Venice (bus, vaporetto). He suggested what to visit, where to eat, and he provided us with the bus tickets directly on the spot. A very friendly and kind person. The breakfast was very good, especially the warm cookies. If I had to choose to stay again in Venice, I would definitely return.
