We were very satisfied and would love to come back. The owners take care lovingly of their guests. The communal kitchen is very valuable and the courtyard offers a wonderfully shady and quiet spot.

For us it was an ideal location, right in the heart of Cavaion yet quiet. The daughter of the property speaks very good German and English. Very uncomplicated everything. Parking within 20 meters, clean. Value for money very good. Breakfast is Italian. Attention, the property has no number. It is the Yellow House. Ezel Manfred.

We found ourselves well from the first welcome by the owner, encountering cleanliness and order both in the room and in the common areas. Excellent breakfast as well as the position close to all our destinations, being just a few kilometers from Bardolino and Garda and close to the many theme parks in the area. For us, the area far from major roads and therefore very quiet at night is also important.

We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and definitely clean environment! And also the manager was very helpful. The only downside were the pillows, a bit too low, but it's our fault, I'm sure that if we had mentioned it they would have accommodated us. So, I recommend it.

Very comfortable structure as it is located at the highway exit. Quiet and central, suitable for those who want to make a sudden stop or be close to the lake. Managers available to requests and very friendly. Rich and good breakfast. Bathroom not in the room but on the same floor dedicated to two rooms, perfect for us as we were two couples.
