Breakfast is served every morning from 8: 00 to 10: 00 on our common table. On request, breakfast can also be anticipated. You can find hot drinks: cappuccino, espresso coffee, tea or chocolate and fruit juices of various flavors. Fresh fruit, nuts and almonds can not be missed for breakfast. Butter, honey, jam, nutella and standard biscuits. Bauli and Mulino Bianco biscuits and brioches packaged for all tastes. Toasted bread, yogurt, cereals and muesli. Cheese, ham and salame and uptakes for savory breakfast lovers. Always available on request gluten-free or lactose-free breakfasts.

Great central and quiet location. Friendly manager, some difficulty communicating by phone. Breakfast with attention to intolerant people, but not particularly rich. Overall satisfied. We will definitely return.

Excellent welcome. The host is super helpful and easy-going. Location is literally a step away from the arena. I'm just sorry about the bathroom which, although nice and clean, does not have a window or a functioning ventilation system.

Great welcome, very clean, a stone's throw from the Arena: it is possible to reach it in evening dress and it is very convenient to visit the historic city on foot. Massimo, the manager, is very kind and polite.

Everything fantastic! Very cozy place but above all in a strategic position, close to practically all points of interest. Room beyond expectations, comfortable and well organized spaces, extremely clean and well furnished. Breakfast was a surprise, varied and abundant. Staff of a rare kindness these days, helpful and friendly, thank you for everything, we will definitely be back.

I stayed one night and chose this accommodation for its location, very close to the Arena. I give a 10 for cleanliness, but I found the strong smell of disinfectant in the non-windowed bathroom unpleasant, which also permeated the room. In the morning, we could not have a hot shower and the breakfast is a bit sad. Total score 7.

Great location to visit the city center. Spacious room equipped with the necessary. Despite being in the center, the structure is very quiet. Free parking 10 minutes walk from the property. Reserved and courteous manager. Very varied and abundant breakfast.
