Our B&B is at Venezia art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the heart of the city nearby Cannaregio. "Ai Mori B&B" is a lovely, refined building, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to, enjoy and buy local artisan products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions.

Giacomo is the most fantastic host I have had the pleasure to meet so far in the shared economy. I am hesitant to praise him too much, as I hope to go back soon, and I would not want to be unable to, due to overbooking. He is extremely generous and I had a wonderful time learning about Venice through our discussions. Location was also fantastic for me. Exactly what I wanted.

Very well located, very friendly owner. I recommend it. The bathroom is on the ground floor and the room upstairs. There is everything you need to have breakfast but you have to prepare it yourself.

Chambre à Cannaregio at La Sensa with Giacomo who lives in the room next door. Sdb used only by the guests. A bit noisy in the evening because a restaurant is on the square right next door but nice view on a canal. Near Vaporetto, restaurants and bars.

Dieses B&B ist eine kleine Perle. Hier wohnt man in Venedig, so wie ein Einheimischer. Wen das Gemeinschaftsbad nicht stört, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Mit jeder Menge Tipps durch den Inhaber haben wir Venedig entdeckt.

The house is located in a picturesque area, not very touristy, but a few minutes walk from the center. The room is spacious and bright. The bathroom, generous in size, is separate. The manager is very kind and ready to help when needed. However, the breakfast is a bit poor.

The room is spacious, overlooks a beautiful small square and, although the bathroom is external, it is for exclusive use. The included breakfast is not really sufficient, you can make yourself a coffee but there is not much else available. Giacomo was a very courteous and helpful host, as well as his dad, who warmly welcomed us upon our arrival.

Located in one of the nicest areas of Venice, Cannareggio, it features a nice spacious room. Just a few criticisms about the breakfast. Extremely friendly welcome.

Da Giacomo la disponibilità e la cortesia sono garantite. È la seconda volta che torno a dormire a casa sua e anche questa volta si è rivelato prezioso come la prima. Consiglio vivamente la sua struttura e spero di potere tornare a fargli visita quanto prima. Grazie ancora.

Siamo stati - io, mia moglie e le nostre due bambine - meravigliosamente. Consiglio a tutti questo B&B. Se volete vivere in una Venezia vera, senza il soffocamento del turismo ordinario, scegliete "I Mori". Giacomo, il proprietario, è stato splendido, accogliente, simpatico, generoso, come sanno essere i veneziani. Grazie, torneremo.
