A nice and clean room close to the city center. Communication with the owner was just fine. Unfortunately, there were some drawbacks: we were quite surprised by the folding door to the bathroom and we also smelled strong cigarette smoke in the hall.

The property is in a good location, allowing you to reach the city center in 15-20 minutes without needing a car; otherwise there are buses. The standard room I stayed in was new and clean. The bathroom was very small, but sufficient for two nights. The only problem was the lack of soundproofing: on the two mornings we should have been resting, the adjacent room had an alarm at 6 a.m. that rang and vibrated until about 7-7:30 and they did not turn it off, so we could not rest because it sounded as if the phone were on our bedside table. Otherwise I would gladly return.

I needed a place to stay for just one night because I had a convention nearby the next day. The owner was very kind and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. The room was spacious, well laid out and clean. Excellent value for money. I felt very comfortable.

Clean property in a quiet area. Not well served for returning from the city center after 10 p.m. It's a pity there is no breakfast, but there is a good pastry shop next to the property.

The location of the property is excellent for quickly reaching the center and, in my case, the Don Calabria Institute. It is convenient because it has all the services nearby, from where to eat to transportation. The check-in is self-service, which makes the schedule flexible, and the person managing it is very helpful in case of need. I would gladly return.
