Villa Relax

Our family of ten, eight adults and two small grandchildren, had an excellent stay at this villa in Assisi. Paolo was an outstanding host: responsive, organised, and supportive throughout our visit, from the initial booking through to the end of our stay. The property is set in a beautiful, tranquil location and is extremely well maintained. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the fact that it was cleaned every day was exceptional. The outdoor spaces, including a covered dining area, barbecue, and a wood-fired pizza oven, made it easy for us to enjoy meals together. Our grandchild especially loved the swing and the safe garden, and the small five-a-side football pitch was a fun extra feature. The villa itself was comfortable, with air conditioning in the upstairs rooms, and the journey from Perugia airport was quick and straightforward. Evenings were especially lovely, with the outdoor areas beautifully lit. Practicalities were excellent too: good supermarkets are close by, and the train station is within easy reach. Assisi’s rail links made day trips simple; Rome and Florence are both around two hours away. A perfect venue for families visiting Assisi and the surrounding villages. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for the Immaculate Conception weekend and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and tidy, we experienced exceptional hospitality and above all the homeowner was clear in answering all questions and very accommodating. Truly a stay to repeat.

A wonderful villa in a fairytale setting. Surrounded by greenery but very close to wonderful cities like Assisi, Perugia, and Spello. The villa was impeccably clean and equipped with every comfort and entertainment. The owner was truly available and kind, meeting all our requests. For us, it was truly a top experience!

The structure is in a very quiet area. Each room is independent and has its own key. Each room is equipped with a TV and private bathroom.

Very beautiful farmhouse 10 minutes from Assisi and Spello. Ideal for very large families or, like us, a group of friends. Extremely kind and friendly owner, always ready to answer our questions. The pool is exceptional. Lovely outdoor space with gazebo, large barbecue, foosball, ping pong, and football field. The house has several double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, which is definitely an added value. We highly recommend it to those who want to spend time with family and/or friends without ever getting bored and to visit Assisi but especially Spello, which truly deserves it.
