Our B&B is located at Orvieto art and culture location, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a location with a spectacular view, in the heart of the city. "Urbevetus" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, designed with taste, refinement and pure attention to detail, a lovely, refined building, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

Travellers staying with us will be able to stroll and shop in the shopping streets, enjoy and buy local artisan products, explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, catch cultural events and exhibitions, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.
Close by our guests will find monuments and places of interest for culture vultures, sports facilities and gyms for keeping in shape. Remember that just only 330 m away there is the 'Duomo'.

Our property is the ideal location for families who want to stay in a home from home, for conferences and business travel, for a romantic holiday in a quiet, reserved setting.

After the COVID, we no longer provide breakfast in the apartment. Since guests do not appreciate the supply of packaged products (as required by regulations), we have decided not to offer this service and instead allow guests the freedom to organize their own breakfast. They can make use of the kitchen, where basic ingredients are available, or visit the numerous cafes in the historic center just a few meters from our B&B. Of course, in special cases, upon request, we can provide the service by restocking the apartment with packaged products for a continental breakfast (with an additional contribution of 3 euros per person).

The location is magnificent, in Piazza del Popolo, with wonderful views of the square and the palace. Communication with Beatrice has been great; not invasive, but available for any questions or needs. My room was actually an apartment, with a small kitchen and a huge bedroom, as well as a large and comfortable bathroom. Very quiet, but surrounded by good restaurants and the main attractions of Orvieto. The accommodation does not offer breakfast, but it is not a problem. Guest independence is absolute. Spotless! Highly recommend it.

The apartment we stayed in is equipped with everything, in a very central location and convenient for visiting and experiencing Orvieto, even in the evening. Easy to reach even though it's in the center. Courteous and helpful manager. Highly recommended.

Central location, cozy, warm apartment, very clean and equipped with everything. Antonella was available, kind, and punctual. We decided to have breakfast outside but she had left us everything we needed. They reserved a convenient parking for us. Excellent choice!

We spent 5 nights in December and also enjoyed the beautiful Christmas atmospheres and the start of winter Umbria Jazz. We had a great time, with us there was also a 14-month-old baby.
