Beautiful property, large, clean and quiet rooms. Very helpful and courteous staff. Good location for visiting Assisi and the surroundings. Breakfast was superb! Dinner was also excellent. The visit to the tower was wonderful.

Historic and well-maintained structure, newly renovated rooms, spacious and large. Cleaning is okay. Free parking on-site. Location is a bit secluded from the attractions in the area. The staff is kind and helpful, but the organization needs improvement both for the reception and the restaurant service. It is suitable for those who love tranquility.

The structure is nice, well maintained, spacious rooms but a bit basic, in line with the structure. Unfortunately, we stayed in a period where there were problems with the staff and therefore the service was affected. However, I recommend it for those who want to move around the surroundings of Assisi.

The structure is very welcoming and has a historical charm. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The location is perfect for exploring Perugia, Assisi, and Gubbio. The staff and managers are extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning is perfect. Inside there is also a restaurant that is absolutely top! The tower is an absolute must-visit, you will be like us, speechless.

Wonderful place. Welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Close to two beautiful locations: Gubbio and Assisi. Great for a holiday where you can find peace and serenity. The city of the sun... and you say it all. Thank you very much.

I was fine, interesting place, punctual and professional service. I recommend it.

A charming place, rich in charm and tradition. The staff is courteous and attentive to our every need; the dinner at the tower's tavern is also excellent. A thank you to the "special" guys who have brightened our dinners with their sympathy and availability. Rating 10 and praise for everything.

Placed in a quiet location but close to Assisi, Perugia, Spello, the rooms are large and clean, excellent breakfast and the visit to the free and guided tower with a plastic model of Assisi from 1200 is fantastic.

I chose the property for the kindness and availability of the staff during the booking phase and I have not regretted it. \nI organized a weekend with friends, we were 26 in total including adults and children, and the managers did everything to make us feel good and comfortable. \nFurthermore, the recently renovated, clean and comfortable property is also very beautiful; the surrounding park is also beautiful. \nFinally, not to be overlooked, the property is managed by an association for the inclusion of disabled people in the workforce... fantastic! \nWe had a great time and personally I hope to return soon.

Very clean and welcoming structure. Kind and very helpful staff. The food is excellent (I'm vegetarian and lactose intolerant; the cook excelled in preparing delicacies with quality ingredients). The only advice for those who want to have this beautiful experience is to go with their own means as taxi is needed for transportation (another positive point is the staff's willingness to accompany me). The musical evening was very enjoyable, with high-level professionals. Do not miss the visit to the Nativity scene (depicting Assisi at the time of St. Francis) that winds along the tower.
