Great location in the city center and close to the barracks (5 minutes on foot). I tried different rooms, all well-maintained and clean; some have a mini fridge in the room, others do not. Breakfast is not included. Highly recommended!

Cozy, clean and fully equipped structure, with heating, air conditioning, refrigerator, and towels. The owner is very kind and precise. The Residence San Sisto is located practically behind the historic center and a few meters from the military barracks. I am 100% satisfied.

Excellent Residence, very central. Panoramic and well served in the area by all services: Bars, cinema, restaurants, pizzerias, typical taverns, train station, pharmacies. Comfortable and very clean rooms, as sterile as in a clinic. Free WIFI and TV in the room with all channels. Hospitable owners, very courteous and helpful, there are no negative notes, no need to look for other accommodations around, economical price compared to the service. Well done, 10 and praise.

I stayed two days at Residence San Sisto and I couldn't have made a better choice. The managers were very friendly and helpful, nice room with all the amenities (wifi, air conditioning, TV, etc.). Strategic location, close to the train station and the city center! If I were to come back to these parts, I would know where to stay again.

Very nice and quiet structure, practically located in the city center, very close to the train station. Everything is within easy reach. The owners are really kind people. However, it is advisable not to give Via Campanile 12 as the address to those arriving by car because the street is closed for construction, becoming a real puzzle for those unfamiliar with the area. It is better to use the other access, I think it's Via Oberdan, where everything becomes much simpler.

The Palace disappoints, but the room was cute, very clean, with TV and Wi-Fi, small terrace. The most beautiful view, that of the bell tower (because I was on via del campanile and not via Oberdan) is in front of the common area where the coffee available makes waking up less harsh for those who, like me, had to leave at dawn. The owner is nice. Highly recommended.

Ho trovato la struttura accogliente epe persone molto disponibili. Non mi era stato chiarito che si trattasse di un appartamento condiviso, ma dato che le camere sono comunque tutte separate e con i propri servizi, diciamo che la cosa è accettabile, ritengo tuttavia che lo si debba precisare nella offerta.

Buona sia la pulizia che la posizione, sarebbe ottimo se fosse inclusa la prima colazione nel prezzo anzichè solamente il caffè. Nel complesso è pienamente soddisfacente.
