An excellent property close to all the restaurants and attractions. The apartment is not a modern apartment but clean and reflects the town. We loved it and highly recommend it. One great feature is that the owner has multiple apartments in the building so that a family can be together and still have bedroom and bath privacy. I highly recommend this apartment if staying in Orvieto and will definitely return in the future.

Very spacious and especially comfortable rooms. I stayed in a quadruple room made up of two rooms and not as often happens in a single room. The bathroom was small and had no support or shelf near the mirror, which I believe should be added for cosmetic and various product support. The room also had a very appreciated separate entrance, where wall hooks for jackets or coats can also be added. The duvet in the closet was not clean and fragrant like the sheets, so I did not use it. However, apart from small adjustments, we found ourselves well. P.S. The coffee machine and hot water, given their presence, are very useful, I would also turn them on for a few hours in the afternoon and evening for a possible herbal tea. Thank you!!!

Great B&B, in an ancient building with a small private parking, elevator and in the center. The owner is very kind and attentive. Large well-heated room, a bit retro which I liked a lot, and also the small living room full of books and antique things. Breakfast is not provided but I really appreciated the coffee machine. I had a great time even if it was only for one night but I would definitely return.

Apart from the malfunctioning Wi-Fi, the house is located in an excellent position, just a stone's throw from the center. The room is well heated and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom is not very comfortable. Although breakfast was not provided, there was a coffee machine available with cookies, etc. The manager Fausto is very helpful. The structure is certainly recommendable.

Structure located a few steps from the historic center of Orvieto in an ancient building, where in the immediate vicinity there is the splendid walkway along the north part of the city from which you can admire the surrounding landscape. Very kind owner and available for any clarification. The only downside I feel I have to say is the room decor that clashes a bit with the structure, but otherwise everything perfect.

Beautiful and unique structure in the center of Orvieto, kind owner, but in our opinion lost points with the 8 euros for parking. We recommend reviewing the mattresses as they are a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was not included but they provided us with a free coffee machine in the morning. Valid structure, we will return!

Excellent structure and excellent hospitality. Very beautiful, spacious, clean and quiet rooms, very comfortable mattresses. Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo. Convenient parking (for a fee) and the possibility of a hot drink from the vending machine in the morning (indicated by the manager at the time of booking).

Excellent location, right in the city center, easy to reach even by car without restricted traffic zone, parking is only available inside because parking on the street is reserved for residents. The structure is very nice although it is important to note that it is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The attic room has a truly charming vintage style, good cleanliness, kind and helpful staff.

The structure is located a stone's throw from the center but in an extremely quiet place. The attic room is of a rustic romantic taste, very well-kept and clean. Obviously, being an attic, you have to consider having to climb two flights of stairs as there is no elevator. It has a private courtyard where you can park your car, which is not really necessary in Orvieto personally. The owners are very helpful and courteous. The only flaw is cash payment, but we will not hesitate to return.

Very nice and clean room in the city center (top floor of an old building without elevator!). It also has a common room with a lovely terrace. Being in the center, there is no parking, but you can leave the car in the B&B parking lot by paying a supplement of about 8 euros per day. The only flaw is the breakfast, there is an automatic vending machine for drinks and some packaged snacks, but there are many bars nearby.

Bed and Breakfast located in the attic of a building, it is in a nice position near Piazza del Popolo. Interiors furnished with some care, although the age and the need for some touch-ups here and there are noticeable. As already mentioned by others (and as clearly stated by the manager), there is no real breakfast, but a vending machine to help yourself, in addition to a basket of snacks. Personally, I preferred going to the bar. However, I rested well, the area is not noisy.

The B&B is located in the center of Orvieto, a stone's throw from the main monuments. It is located in a ZTL, but can be reached through a road not subject to cameras (ask the owner for information). The B&B is on the second and last floor of a building without an elevator. The rooms are spacious and clean, finely furnished with antique furniture and objects. There is a parking lot (for a fee) closed by a gate. Only the owner has the remote control. The only downside is the breakfast. Some packaged snacks and a hot drinks vending machine served in a common area between the rooms. It is true that there is no fridge, but I believe a little would be enough to improve: some small jars of jam, fruit juice, biscuits. Overall we had a good time and I recommend it, but consider the structure as if it did not provide breakfast.

Pleasant discovery, to suggest and to return to. Structure with a wonderful and welcoming beamed ceiling, well maintained. Located in a logistically convenient position both for visiting the city and for reaching, both on foot and by shuttle, the funicular (connected with Fs). Very helpful and kind manager.\n\nOnly downside the breakfast..it would be enough to also have it agreed with tickets in one of the nearby bars. A good stay always starts with a great breakfast.

Beautiful and welcoming structure, also equipped with convenient parking. Our accommodation was very well taken care of in all details, for those who love wooden furnishings there is a beautiful roof with exposed beams. The Manager was very friendly and above all showed very good taste in the furnishings of the apartments.

During the weekend, I had the opportunity to stay in two different spacious, clean rooms, carefully furnished in a rustic style, in a beautiful historic building, at a convenient walking distance from the center of Orvieto. The owner was very courteous. However, the breakfast, although served in a charming common room, was qualitatively and quantitatively inadequate. Beverages, even cold ones like milk and juices, jams, butter, chocolate, and toast slices, were completely missing and must necessarily enrich the breakfast. Only then will my family and I happily return to this property.

Excellent location and quality of the structure. A paid parking lot is available 200 meters away. The breakfast is a bit poor, with packaged snacks and a vending machine for coffee and other things (free), abundant but I expected something more genuine. The owner is very kind and helpful.
