From the first moment we felt at home. The hosts are very courteous and friendly. The accommodation is in an excellent location. What was most important to me is that the apartment was very clean. Especially the bathroom and kitchen were impeccable. I have seen quite different things. If I should come back to the area, this accommodation will be at the top of the wish list. Grazie.

We stayed in this B&B just a few minutes from Spoleto and we were really satisfied! The location is excellent, quiet, and convenient, with parking available at the property. The owners were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to all our needs, making us feel right at home. The room was very clean, well maintained, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. The bathroom, very spacious, was also clean and functional. Abundant and varied breakfast, with fresh and quality products. A pleasant stay from every point of view. Highly approved and definitely recommended!

Our stay at "Little Paris" was nothing short of exceptional. The owners Sandro and Zrinka were very kind, warm, and friendly, they made us feel at home. They gave us advice on places to visit and restaurant recommendations. The location of the establishment is excellent, in just a few minutes you can reach the center of Spoleto. Clean and comfortable rooms, especially the quadruple room, a real apartment with a living room, kitchenette, and fireplace. We highly recommend this establishment and, if the opportunity arises, we will definitely return.

The managers are husband and wife, very helpful. They welcomed us very warmly. Spacious room with a large bathroom that besides the shower also has the bathtub. The breakfast was plentiful with filled pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit juices, and the inevitable coffee. Great location, just outside Spoleto in a quiet and peaceful area.

The property is located a stone's throw from Spoleto. Comfortable and very clean room. Delicious and abundant breakfast. Zrinka and Sandro are very welcoming, very kind, and very caring. We didn't want to leave! We recommend this B&B.

Structure along the main road. Clean and spacious room. Huge terrace to enjoy the countryside. Sandro and his wife are very nice and hospitable. Thanks also for the wonderful restaurant they suggested and booked for us.

Simple structure, but with all the comforts. Air conditioning, possibility to wash and hang, very large terrace. Cleanliness, linen and towels perfect! Abundant breakfast, brioches, yogurt, biscuits, fruit juices and coffee served directly at the bar downstairs by the very kind Mrs. Zbrinka (I apologize infinitely if it is not written correctly). Availability and kindness of the managers truly much appreciated, we felt really welcomed with pleasure! Thank you. Also thanks for suggesting the restaurant for dinner, Trattoria al Palazzaccio da Piero, a few km from the B&B... typical cuisine 10 and praise! Great location for Spoleto, the Marmore waterfall, lovely Rasiglia, spectacular Spello village! Supermarket under the B&B, a whole family! Absolutely recommended.

We stayed at the B&B with 3 couples of friends for 2 nights. Great location, a few kilometers from Spoleto and close to the State Road. The owner and all the staff are always available and very kind. Great welcome with sweet candies at the entrance and in the room; freshly picked roses in the room and in the bathroom. Excellent and abundant breakfast. The rooms are very clean. We recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Umbria.

Small dream B&B! Renovated apartment, clean room, nice terrace. But the strong point is the kindness of the owners, Mr. Sandro and his wife, who will make you feel truly at home. Grand Hotel breakfast: pastries, coffee, cappuccino, yogurt, juice... and even a platter of cured meats prepared by them! A fantastic hand-cut prosciutto that I can still taste. Congratulations Mr. Sandro! Below they have a mini-market where you can find local products and cured meats made by them. We had excellent sandwiches made with porchetta prepared the day before... excellent lunch. Highly recommended place! If we pass by Spoleto again, we will definitely go there.

If you are looking for a place to feel at home, 'Piccola Parigi' is the right choice! It is a few kilometers from the center, but it's not a problem because the legendary Sandro, along with his staff, is always ready to provide solutions (rides or even make his car available to you). The structure is well equipped, from the bar service to the supermarket, to the best porchetta in Spoleto! In short, highly recommended.

We stayed 4 days in this bed and breakfast and we had a great time, very clean room, excellent hospitality. Sandro and Zrinka make you feel at home. Abundant breakfast. Good location to reach points of interest, I recommend trying Sandro's porchetta which is exceptional, you can find it in their Super Market inside the bed and breakfast. A truly enchanting stay in a wonderful land that is Umbria. But the most beautiful surprise was the welcome of this family that welcomed and pampered us from the first to the last moment of our stay. Almost every year, in June, my husband and I spend a few days in this wonderful land that is Umbria. I must say that we have always stayed in B&Bs and we have always had a great time; this year (when we were accompanied by my sister), however, I think we have reached the pinnacle of satisfaction. In fact, the owners of this property have proven to be truly special, friendly, helpful, kind, and very hospitable. The house is beautiful, extremely clean, very comfortable, and located in a very strategic position: in four days we were able to enjoy the wonders of Bevagna, Montefalco, Spello, Spoleto, Fonti del Clitunno, Assisi; also one evening we went up to Preci (on Sandro's advice), an extraordinary location in the Monti Sibillini park, where we enjoyed a fantastic dinner. We are truly grateful to Sandro and all his family members for helping us to have such beautiful moments, and we hope to be able to relive this experience. Thank you very much, see you soon.

It is the fourth time we have the pleasure of staying at the B&B Piccola Parigi in San Giacomo di Spoleto. We have never found such kindness and availability from all the family members who run the facility. The mother is a model of virtue, those people who, after ten minutes of dialogue, give you the wonderful feeling of knowing them forever, like a dear family member. The son Sandro is efficient, jovial, and ready to meet every request. The wife and sister, besides both possessing an uncommon beauty, are of a sympathy and kindness that make you feel loved and pampered. Combining all these character qualities with affordable prices, excellent cleanliness and comfort levels, rich and abundant genuine breakfast, a perfect stay emerges that makes you feel comfortable and happy to the point of being fixed in memory as one of the most beautiful memories of life lived.

I am Horace, first of all I warmly greet the owner Sandro, a person more than affable, more than helpful and I think that people affected by chronic disease called "altruism" are rare like him. After him, the wife, a jovial person and "sunny" also affected by syndromes of spontaneity and sympathy. Following them, Sandro's mother, a very kind person affected by a disease of the kind of "affability". Let's hope that these diseases heal as late as possible. By the way, I forgot, if someone is reading my review and is visiting Spoleto, don't waste time looking for hotels, restaurants, and anything else they may need because they can already find it in this B&B, very economical, much more than extremely clean, extremely fragrant, and extremely quiet. We stayed at this B&B for just one night, and I emphasize just because it's a fantastic place: a stone's throw from Spoleto in a quiet place and surrounded by greenery. The structure consists of a B&B, bar, and small grocery store, managed by a very nice gentleman named Sandro. He immediately made us feel comfortable and we had a wonderful chat. The room (with a bathroom) was very clean and comfortable, abundant breakfast with typical products of all kinds and (made by them) inside the grocery store. We couldn't ask for more. We will definitely come back. Thanks again to Sandro and his family for the fantastic time they dedicated to us.

There is so much familiarity with which you are welcomed by the owner Sandro, his Croatian wife, and also by his mother, giving the impression of being at home. Added to this are the good cold cuts sold in the small supermarket managed by them, located on the ground floor of the structure. Delicious. Ahhh! I forgot, when I got home I realized I had forgotten the cell phone charger in the B&B room. I called the owner who replied that he would send it to my home address as soon as possible. Sorry if it's not enough.

Comfortable apartments and rooms equipped with every convenience. A large terrace with a complete view pleasantly enhances the comfort of the stay. But much more than material things, the real added value of this place is Zrinka and her husband, the owners, who with their availability and kindness truly amazed us. The manager is very kind, friendly, and quick to respond to my request. The room is welcoming and comfortable. It is easy to reach the establishment. If I were to return to Spoleto, I would definitely stay at this establishment again.
