Very nice and clean apartment. Ideal distance from Assisi, Perugia, Bevagna. The owner is very kind and always available. A nice outdoor space. Ideal for children.

Our apartment was for 5 people and was exactly as described on the website. Particularly appreciated was the cleanliness of the rooms and the nighttime tranquility. No noises. The location is perfect for getting around by car and also has free parking on site. The owner, Marcello, is a very kind and friendly person who provided us with several tips about the area. Absolutely recommended. P.S.: we were a group of 5 people between 20 and 26 years old.

The structure is well-kept, tidy, and immersed in greenery, and also 'green' with photovoltaic panels to reduce environmental impact. It is a family-run 'Bed and Breakfast' so the owners, very helpful and courteous, will be able to meet your needs. They will be able to show you places to visit in the area and specialties to try. The pool, like the rest of the surrounding garden, is very well maintained and cleaned every day, taking care of the common areas. The cleanliness of the accommodations is very good. The only thing, in my opinion, as far as I'm concerned, would be to invest in the comfort of the beds (a bit worn). Definitely worth going back.

Everything was perfect, the managers are very friendly and helpful, always attentive to our every need, the structure is very beautiful and welcoming, in a strategic place to visit the beauties of this area, the apartments are clean and welcoming. To go back and take a dip in the pool.

We spent two nights in this structure in an apartment and we were particularly impressed by the hospitality of the owner and the location. Excellent starting point to visit Assisi. Recommended.
