The Piazzetta is the perfect spot for a stay in Orvieto. Nadia is a wonderful host. Communication with her was great and she had many great suggestions for restaurants that were very good. The beds were comfy and having a private terrace was nice at night. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Spotless! Well-equipped kitchen with good coffee! Would definitely recommend!

This property had a central location, was incredibly clean, tidy and cozy, the host was very friendly and welcoming, and the price was very reasonable for how good all the amenities were. This is probably the best place to stay in Orvieto. I had a wonderful experience and if I ever return to Orvieto I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

Nadia was good at communicating prior to arrival so no surprises. The B&B is tucked around the corner from the Main Street through old Orvieto which meant there was a level of peacefulness and calm. The room was spotless and everything was clearly explained on arrival. I could hear nothing of the other nearby rooms. Nadia has a warm smile which at the end of my bicycling day was comforting as was her knowledge of some of the better trattorias to try in the town.

We spent 4 very pleasant days in Orvieto at the piazetta. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is also very spacious. We were welcomed by Nadia who advised us on the city and the surroundings. Very good stay.

Very nice accommodation, renovated rooms, great for sightseeing La Piazzetta. There is no breakfast, but you can use the kitchen and there is a café very close by.

The room is spectacular, very spacious, really nice and welcoming, elegantly furnished, very quiet, with a huge bathroom and shower, it almost looks like a mini-apartment rather than a room. It is located in the city center on a street parallel to the main street in a side street (10 meters from the main street) very quiet, in the heart of Orvieto, just 2 steps from the Cathedral and the main points of interest. The room is very clean and is cleaned daily. The owner is really kind and welcoming, truly an exquisite person. For me, it is the ideal place for a vacation in Orvieto, truly the best! Highly recommended!

Elegant and hospitable structure located in the center of the city of Orvieto that allows you to visit La Piazzetta forgetting about the car, which you can park inside a comfortable private area. The structure is in ZTL but the kind Nadia will take care of everything.

Excellent property: from the very central location in a side street of Corso Cavour (one of the main streets in the center of Orvieto) to the kindness of the owner, to the spaciousness and care of the rooms. Very convenient private parking right in front of the property, a huge added value in a historic center like that of the Umbrian city. Highly recommended.

Regarding the structure, I can't say more than Martina in the previous review: in the center, a few meters from Corso Cavour, with a secure parking; a spacious room (I recommend the room with the balcony), a very practical kitchenette. I would rather talk about Nadia, our host: discreet, very efficient, very kind and caring; she gave us wise advice for visiting historical places, making our stay very pleasant. If you find yourself in Orvieto and need to stay there, La Piazzetta is the best bed and breakfast in the city: excellent location, as it is located right in the center. The structure is very nice and welcoming, as is the owner Nadia, who is always available and has made this bed and breakfast great! Inside there is also a kitchenette, perfect for preparing breakfast independently. The environments are very clean and well organized.

Even though it was only for two nights, it was a nice stay, Orvieto is truly a journey through time and Nadia is a person who does her job excellently with kindness and courtesy. If I could, I would have rated the 'manager' 11, but the B&B reaches 10. Thank you for your valuable information, until next time.

We stayed 2 nights in this little corner of paradise. The structure, located just a few steps from the center, excels in cleanliness and attention to detail. Mrs. Nadia and her son Lorenzo were very welcoming and helpful in giving us directions about the city and tips on where to stop to taste typical cuisine. For those who want to spend a few days in Orvieto and feel at home, this structure is highly recommended.

We spent 2 nights in this Bed and Breakfast for the May 1st long weekend. We were welcomed by the very kind and helpful Nadia who gave us a series of information about things to visit in the city and the possibility to access the rooms before the scheduled time. The Bed and Breakfast has a very nice and meticulously curated common room, with a fridge where Nadia had placed water bottles for us, and the kitchenette with a selection of teas, coffees, and teas. The Bed and Breakfast is centrally located just a few meters from Corso Cavour, the main street of Orvieto, from where you can reach all the places of interest in Orvieto within a few minutes on foot. Being 2 couples, we took 2 spacious and bright rooms furnished with care, with a comfortable and wide bed, a very spacious en suite bathroom, all very clean. All this made our stay really very pleasant. Nadia, if we return to Orvieto, we will definitely stop at your Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommended.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast in the center of Orvieto, with new interiors, and the possibility of closed parking in front of the property. As soon as you enter, you can smell a good clean scent. The owner is very kind. Breakfast is not included, but you can still have coffee, tea, and biscuits, and there is also a bar nearby. Definitely a place to come back to. Thank you.

We stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast over the weekend and felt right at home. Brand new structure, spacious and cozy room. Impeccable cleanliness. Mrs. Nadia was very kind, she organized breakfast at the Bar del Corso, just a few steps from the property, as she couldn't serve it on-site. Definitely a reference point for those visiting the beautiful Orvieto, in the heart of the medieval village and with parking available at 200 meters (with a very reasonable fee of 1€ per day). You can't ask for more. I highly recommend it! Thanks again to Nadia for her warm welcome and friendliness. Laura & Vincenzo.
