New accommodation. Very near the centre of Cascia. The host is very pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend that they provide a breakfast and facility to make tea.

Prendiamo nota del suo suggerimento riguardo alla colazione e alla possibilità di preparare il tè. Ci teniamo a precisare che, al momento, la struttura non è predisposta per offrire il servizio di colazione ed è per queste che, per rendere più confortevole il soggiorno, in ogni camera mettiamo a disposizione una macchina da caffè con cialde, acqua e snack gratuiti. Speriamo di averla nuovamente nostro ospite!

I spent 2 nights at La Gioconda, and their service is superb since the moment of booking. Sara is such a kind person, even helped me getting my bus ticket as I was a bit anxious of not being able to get them on time. The room is exquisite, they take care of every detail, and even leave some snacks and water every day. I loved the space, with chairs, space for bags, nice-size bathroom, great shower and hot water. This place is 5-star. I only score 8 on location because it is up a little hill, so you need to consider it when coming with bags. However, location is only 6 minutes walking to the Basilica.

Probably the best accommodation in the area. Everything was clean and very convenient, from the location to the room. The only suggestion we have is to install mosquito nets in the room because on our arrival we found at least five bugs behind the curtain.

Great location, new and clean property, kind and helpful host. The only drawback was the poorly soundproofed room. I recommend finding a solution.

New property, well finished, interiors well cared for. Excellent location for arriving by car and unloading luggage. The center of Cascia is within walking distance.

Personally, I would have appreciated breakfast or a voucher at a nearby cafe. The only downside: everything else was excellent — cleanliness, professionalism and Sara's kindness. See you next time.

Grazie per la sua recensione. Siamo lieti che, nonostante l'inconveniente, il suo soggiorno sia stato comunque positivo. Ci dispiace sinceramente per il disagio causato dalla mancanza d'acqua. Come le abbiamo spiegato, purtroppo il problema è stato una conseguenza della mancanza di corrente dovuta al temporale, che ha interrotto il funzionamento del sistema di fornitura idrica. Si è trattato di un evento esterno e non dipendente dalla nostra struttura. Speriamo di avere l'opportunità di accoglierla nuovamente per un'esperienza senza imprevisti.

It is a new structure, excellent location with attached parking, 8 minutes walk from the Basilica of Santa Rita and 7 minutes walk from the center of Cascia. The room is very clean, the bathroom excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. The owner is always available on the phone, for any doubts you can call him and he answers immediately. Breakfast is not provided, but in the room there is a coffee machine, a mini-fridge with 2 bottles of water available, 2 snacks and 2 pods for breakfast. We felt very, very good. We will definitely return.

The structure is a 10 and praise! I stayed over the weekend in the newly opened structure, brand new, very clean and very comfortable, with a mini fridge in the room, air conditioning with heat pump, small safe, etc. Only breakfast is not provided (for the moment). B&B in a "strategic" location, with a large private parking lot exclusively for guests; however, you can reach every point of interest in Cascia on foot. Roberto and Sara (owners) are friendly and helpful.

We had a great time. Brand new structure. Convenient location to reach the city center on foot. Although there is no breakfast service, the manager provided us with a coffee machine, water, and plenty of packaged snacks. Kind and helpful. We will definitely return next year!
