We thank Denise again for the pleasant stay and warm hospitality. She was very helpful and friendly; although breakfast was not included, she still made the facilities and infrastructure available for us to have it independently. The location of the Bed & Breakfast is very interesting, well connected and stocked with shops in the area. Absolutely recommended.

Very clean and quiet place. Spacious room with private bathroom. Very friendly and helpful owner. Peripheral location, convenient depending on the needs (very close to the hospital and the Perugina factory, far from the city center). Price a bit high considering that breakfast is not included, but average for the city.

What made my stay at the establishment special was the welcome. I felt at home rather than in a bed and breakfast. The place was clean and very well cared for even in the details. I stayed for one night at the Il Cioccolato property managed by Denise, she was very kind right from the start. Everything was very well-kept and clean with a very beautiful terrace. In the morning for breakfast, Denise prepared a delicious pie with bergamot jam, just for this 10 stars. I recommend this property.

The Chocolate is a truly comfortable, spacious B&B, impeccably clean! Everything is modern, functional, and of great comfort. The manager Denise is splendid in courtesy and friendliness! I absolutely recommend this establishment.

Given that we were not tourists but people who had to go to the Hospital of Perugia, we chose this property because it is very close to that hospital. The "manager" lady was very kind and correct in giving us directions for parking and that the B&B was located on the 2nd floor without a lift. The area is full of pizzerias, restaurants, and wine bars and well connected with city buses.

Very nice and functional apartment and the owner is uniquely kind. Suffice it to say that, even though breakfast is not officially included, she made us find a cake made by her, and in fact, there was everything necessary (milk, tea, kettle, etc.). Great location for those who need to go to the Hospital or the Medical Faculty. Overall, very high ratings.

I recommend this property for its proximity to the hospital, although it is very peripheral. Unfortunately, it does not have parking. To the manager, I would suggest avoiding leaving notices printed by the urban sanitation service, which were unable to carry out their service, or nearby. We found on the car windshield (left near the entrance of the property as advised).

Gentilissima signora Daniela, La ringrazio per il suo feedback! Sono sinceramente dispiaciuta che la Sua esperienza nella mia piccola struttura non sia stata totalmente positiva. Purtroppo, come indicato nella scheda, non abbiamo un parcheggio interno privato e la strada è un po’ stretta, quindi il camion del servizio di nettezza urbana può avere delle difficoltà nel passaggio se l’auto non è ben accostata al muro. Fortunatamente c’è un enorme parcheggio pubblico a soli 100 metri, gratuito. Sarà mia cura ricordare ai futuri ospiti che possono usufruire di quello spazio pubblico, in quanto la nostra zona è molto tranquilla. Quando ha alloggiato da noi c’erano già diversi casi di coronavirus. La mia casa è vicina all’ospedale dove voi eravate diretti e ho cercato di mettere in atto tutta una serie di accortezze per evitare i contagi. Per tutelare me, la mia famiglia e al contempo voi, ho ridotto moltissimo le interazioni: ho eliminato il servizio della colazione (che ovviamente non avete pagato), lasciandovi alimenti confezionati da poter consumare; vi ho lasciato un intero piano a disposizione in modo da non avere nessun contatto con altri ospiti o con noi. Il Suo voto sulla pulizia mi sorprende, ma sarà mia cura in futuro controllare meglio che tutto sia assolutamente perfetto, perché per noi la pulizia è fondamentale. Spero che possa tornare da me per dimostrarle che lavoro con passione e professionalità. Un caro saluto Denise.

I recommend this property, I returned for the second time and I was not disappointed, in fact I will return. The only flaw is the absence of parking for the car, but there are several parking spots nearby.

Structure not close to the center of Perugia, but maybe it's better this way, avoiding traffic and chaos. Bus stop a few meters away. Extremely clean structure and the hostess is truly kind and helpful. Recommended.

At first we were a bit skeptical: the bed & breakfast is located within a condominium context, we had a bit of trouble finding it, but then we were warmly welcomed by the owner Denise who immediately proved to be very helpful. The rooms are very clean and the furnishings are completely new. The breakfast is very rich and of high quality, the atmosphere warm and welcoming. I can only recommend it!

The place is very beautiful, spotless, brand new, and comfortable. The two rooms each have a television. One of the two rooms has an en-suite bathroom, the other is in the hallway. The living room is large and there are some nice board games. It is located near the chocolate museum of Perugia, which we visited with pleasure. The hosts are friendly and nice, Denise even made us a tart for breakfast. What can I say, go there.
