Through this website, I found the lowest price, a very characteristic structure in the center, and very accurate directions from the manager. Very efficient telephone support does not highlight the absence of a reception. Not suitable for people with disabilities.

Hotel in a central location for a visit to Assisi. Cozy room, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and blankets. Only downside: in the bathroom, the shower is not enclosed or separated from the rest of the bathroom, so you have to remove everything first because the whole bathroom will get wet. I recommend adding at least a curtain. The reception service was excellent and the manager was very helpful.

Stunning location in the heart of Assisi. Very kind hosts. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in two extremely hot days in Assisi. We had a fan that circulated the air but it was not enough. Otherwise, top!

During the overnight stay, I did not have the opportunity to personally meet the owner, but he was very present over the phone, and I can say that everyone was very kind. Daily cleanings. The bathroom is a bit lacking, especially the shower head that should be replaced, but overall I am very satisfied.

Structure attached to the center, it is 20/30 meters from the Main Square of Assisi. Single room ordered and clean. Beautiful and suggestive structure. Excellent reception. Good breakfast. Recommended.

We have returned to Hotel Pallotta 3 times and each time we have been greeted very well. The hotel is very well positioned, in the heart of Assisi, which allows us to visit the Basilicas outside peak hours. The rooms are all different, each with a particular character. Some have a beautiful view over the rooftops of Assisi. In the morning, breakfast is quite good and the service is top-notch. The Trattoria Hotel Pallotta is also a must... A stop at Hotel Pallotta is a must!

The location is truly unique and the availability of snacks is exceptional: the coffee, tea, or hot water machine is always available along with some cookies. The room is starting to show its age.

Good location a stone's throw from the main square of the Municipality, good value for money, excellent cleanliness, availability, communication. If I really have to find a flaw, I point out the presence in the room of a tower fan. Although it works and is sufficient for the heat I found, I would have preferred a traditional air conditioner, but all in all it's okay like this.

Delightful little palace, convenient for visiting because it is a short walk from the parking lot and/or the bus stop arriving from the station every 30 minutes, a short walk from the church of San Rufino, as well as from the main square; tastefully and simply furnished. Clean room, efficient and friendly staff. View of the rooftops of Assisi from the small common room. I will return.

Overall we had a good experience. After a bit of confusion about the shower without a curtain, it turned out to be a really nice stay. Top cleanliness! I didn't meet the manager, he wasn't there, but he always responded promptly when I contacted him, and he was highly rated in the reviews. Breakfast is served from 7.30, but if you go down at that time, because we were leaving early, there is no bread, cold cuts, and cheeses yet. In the afternoon, there is a tea break, this service is great because it would be from 3.30 pm until 6 pm, but there is a nice machine, which also makes great coffee I would say, and even if you come back late and want to have a tea, chamomile or herbal tea, there is everything you need, even biscuits. Honestly, if I had to come back to Assisi, I would come here again. If you are not picky, I recommend it.

Perfect structure for a visit to Assisi. Central and convenient location. Clear directions even for parking. Online check-in. Good breakfast. Very kind staff. A small downside, not related to the structure, a bit noisy traffic early in the morning. If I were to return to Assisi, I would book again.

Cozy location, room with few electrical outlets, especially in the bathroom the position of the small outlet placed under the mirror is not intuitive. Low brightness due to the small size of the window located in a corner of the room. However, overall the stay was excellent, also thanks to the central location adjacent to all the services and shops of the city. Competent and very friendly staff. Definitely worth going back.

Ambiente accogliente, in centro, vicino a parcheggio convenzionato. Assisi card gratuita con varie agevolazioni, ottima colazione, acqua, caffè ora del tè compresa nel prezzo. Belvedere panoramico con verandina e zona lettura. Servizi come lavatrice (con piccolissimo contributo) ferro da stiro, wifi, phon, ipad ci ritornerò.

Anche la Trattoria Pallotta è un ottimo punto per chi desidera gustare del buon cibo umbro e non solo, con altrettanta gentilezza e cortesia. L'unica zone del Hotel consente di vivere appieno di tutta la bellezza e magia della città. Vivamente consigliato.

Posizione centralissima, colazione abbondante e addirittura possibilità di fare merenda o rinfrescarsi bevendo il pomeriggio dopo passeggiata perché nel frigo interno danno la possibilità di bere acqua, aranciata o farsi un the. Abbinato al B&B c'è anche una trattoria gestita sempre da loro dove si mangia benissimo, dove cucinano cibi locali e ad un prezzo assolutamente congruo. felicissimi. E se torneremo ad assisi, sarà il nostro sicuro punto di riferimento. grazie.
