We were unfortunately only there for one night for an event at the Rocca Maggiore. The property was very clean, the room very spacious and provided with coffee pods and a coffee machine. Claudio is a very kind and welcoming person. The location is very good, below the historic center. I will definitely return for a weekend. Thank you.

Great location, we reached Assisi on foot. Quiet area and well-kept structure. Very kind and helpful owner. During the summer, it has outdoor tables where you can eat, nearby there is a supermarket with deli and a restaurant-pizzeria that also offers take-out service.

We stayed on September 21, 2022, in this wonderful structure at the foot of Assisi. The room was clean and welcoming. The owner, Mr. Claudio, very kind and helpful, provided us with all the directions to reach Assisi; practically just take a short stretch of the famous 'mattonata' and you find yourself in front of the Basilica of San Francesco, both for dinner. The place is ideal for staying overnight, especially if you are on a motorcycle like us, the motorcycle is safe for the entire duration of the stay. We will definitely be back. A warm greeting to Mr. Claudio. Thank you for everything.

I felt fooled. The bathroom is not up to standard, to use the toilet you have to bend to get past the sink. If you shower, not only do you wash the bathroom, but water also comes out into the room. They drown you in so many words just to sell. A great disappointment.

Besides the favorable location (near Assisi) there is not much to review, it is a simple guesthouse without any minimum offer, non-existent breakfast (a few Bauli croissants). Very kind the owner Mr. Claudio.
