I highly recommend this B&B. Cassandra has managed to transform a corner of paradise into a fabulous B&B. Excellent cleanliness, very well-appointed room furnishings and a super relaxing hot tub.

The property is very well maintained and clean, with particular attention to detail that makes it welcoming and pleasant. I also greatly appreciated the quietness of the place, ideal for relaxing. The location is excellent for visiting nearby villages and the breakfast is rich, varied and abundant. A truly pleasant stay.

The property fully matches the description, but only on site can you truly appreciate the care Cassandra gives her guests and the attention to detail, as well as the beauty of the countryside. It is wonderful to have breakfast outside and enjoy the magnificent view. Great professionalism. The location is also strategic, allowing you to reach various places for a short 2-3 day trip to plan in the surroundings. Highly recommended for those who want to spend a holiday in complete tranquility.

Enchanting place set in a beautiful olive grove; the property is well cared for in every detail! Spacious and very clean rooms. The location is ideal for visiting the various cities of interest in the area. Cassandra is very kind and very helpful. She made us feel welcomed and pampered from the very beginning. Excellent and varied breakfast, with cakes and biscuits prepared by Cassandra.

A stone farmhouse, perfectly renovated in the middle of nature. A short walk from the beautiful village of Spello. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Perfect hospitality.
