Very careful attention to Covid-related regulations, including high tech sanitization and careful rules for the guests. The property is beautiful; a little over 2 km to old Perugia. Google's directions aren't perfect, so make sure you follow the owner's directions (which are perfect). If the property isn't "new", it sure looks it. It's truly lovely. Hospitality and kindness: a 10+!

I missed some eggs at my breakfast! But what a very gentle people & excellent coffee! For the cleaning we have to give a 11/10. Better then home!

Beautiful structure in an ancient farmhouse, very quiet location and excellent hosts. Cleaning and breakfast are excellent. Plenty of directions for getting around and staying. I recommend it and will return on the next trip.

...Once upon a time... never a more fitting name! Today it's increasingly rare to find warm and personalized Bed and Breakfasts! Things done with love always turn out well! In short, everything you would want to find when staying away from home: hospitality, kindness, cleanliness, comfort (fantastic beds), simple yet refined decor, everything perfect. Definitely an example to follow for Bed and Breakfast owners.

La ringrazio per la sua recensione, pensavamo che offrire prosciutto, pasticceria fresca di una pasticceria locale, frutta yogurt, e pasticcini locali con farina di farro fosse sufficiente se avesse avuto esigenze diverse sarebbe stata nostra premura cercare di soddisfarle. Grazie.

First time I came, getting there is not very intuitive even if you rely on a navigator, that's why the owner sent me all the necessary directions on the phone. Pleasant structure, surrounded by greenery and quiet, friendly owners and impeccable cleanliness. In the room, I also found a minibar and a coffee machine very useful.

In the open countryside but very close to Perugia, lovely place with so much peace and tranquility. Breakfast could be improved but the friendliness and enthusiasm of the hosts really impressed us. To come back.

Accommodation and welcome very pleasant. We spent 3 days in Perugia referring to 'C'era una volta', a beautiful structure as a whole but in a very quiet place. Thanks again to the hosts who treated us with courtesy and attention. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet, welcoming place without too much extravagance.

We stayed 3 nights at the 'C'era una volta' property: a true oasis of peace! Close to the city of Perugia, but away from the chaos and traffic. The Bed and Breakfast is an excellent starting point to visit the wonders located a few kilometers away. The great courtesy of the owners (always available!) and the wonderful breakfast completed our stay.

Struttura accogliente situata nella campagna perugina, un po' complicata da raggiungere anche seguendo le indicazioni fornite. Pulizia eccellente, con sanificazione ad ozono della stanza e disinfezione dei bagagli con raggi ultravioletti, garanzia di elevata sicurezza. Purtroppo la colazione è composta prevalentemente da prodotti confezionati. Fanno eccezione il pane e le brioches fresche servite ogni mattina in cucina. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza, ottima accoglienza ma colazione insufficiente, avrei preferito comprendesse prodotti più freschi e locali.

Posizione strategica, immersa nel verde sopra un colle dietro Perugia. cinque minuti e si arriva al parcheggio gratuito e si gira la città. Punto comodo per girare i vari paesi, Spello Assisi Bevagna Montefalco Rasiglia ecc ecc. Personale cordiale e professionale, la colazione è una allegria in comune agli altri ospiti. Secondo noi più comodo che essere in centro. cordiali saluti e grazie.

La posizione ti consente di essere nella natura ma con reali 10 minuti di auto più 10 minuti a piedi sei in pieno centro. Ho provato a salire in centro dalla parte delle scale mobili e il tempo perso è molto ma molto di più. Noi oltre che Perugia volevamo visitare altri borghi e devo dire che la posizione facilita prendere le strade ad elevato scorrimento che ti permette di non perdere tempo nei trasferimenti. Stanza ben pulita. Noi avevamo la più piccola che effettivamente è piccola ma lo sapevamo e per l'importo richiesto era ottima. Proprietario disponibile e professionale. È la prima volta che il proprietario mi invia su smartphone mappa e guida delle cose da vedere più i ristoranti consigliati. Wifi senza problemi. Contro. Ua notte al gallo avrei voluto tirargli il collo, le altre 2 notti invece abbiamo dormito bene. Colazione abbondante ma senza "particolarità", ad esempio in altri B&B si trovano confetture fatte in casa ma se rapportato al costo è perfetto così. Conclusioni. Se tornassi a perugia ci tornerei e lo straconsiglio. Consiglio sulle camere: ha 2 stanze su 5/6 con vista su Perugia, consiglio queste.

Bellissimo B&B, molto pulito, lontano dal caos ma vicinissimo a Perugia. Michele e Tiziana sono davvero ospitali e gentili. La colazione è ottima. Abbiamo passato quattro giorni davvero piacevoli, e anche nostra figlia di 17 mesi si è goduta tutte le comodità messe a disposizione e la simpatia dei padroni di casa! Sicuramente ci torneremo presto! Marina, David e Azzurra.

La struttura è una bellissima villetta appena fuori Perugia. Indispensabile la macchina, ma a soli 5 minuti dalla porta del Bugalaio. Siamo stati accolti da Michele e Tiziana, che ci hanno subito consigliato un giro turistico di Perugia e alcune dritte sul parcheggio. Stanze pulitissime, assenza di rumori durante la notte, e colazioni a base di dolci, brioches (fresche o preconfezionate) ed altro (Torta al testo di Tiziana buonissima) hanno fatto si che potessimo passare 3 giornate memorabili. Consigliatissimo. Un abbraccio da Gabriele e Daniela!

Abbiamo trascorso un week end in tranquillità in un ottimo contesto con persone molto affabili e gentili che al momento del rientro si sono anche preoccupati per noi a causa del mal tempo del periodo. Ottima la pulizia che io essendo un soggetto allergico di solito ho difficoltà. Buona la posizione che non sei nel Kaos ma a 5 minuti giusti dal centro. Ci ritorneremo se c'è la possibilità.
