Enchanting place, well-managed structure just a few meters away from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. The hosts are exquisite, courteous, and sociable people who give the customer the impression of being hosted in a family-like place. Great solution for those intending to visit Assisi and its surroundings, having a good base to move around, enjoying a comfortable house surrounded by greenery for overnight stays. Rating 10.

Everything was great, from the kindness and helpfulness of the owners to the location of the house near the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, about 700 meters away. We really felt at home, highly recommend!

Returning to Marcella and Lanfranco is like coming home. Their hospitality and availability are truly in tune with Assisi, a place of peace and relaxation. Marcella is sunny and positive, generous and willing to meet all requests. Lanfranco is a true mine of information. The house is very quiet and welcoming, very close to a well-stocked supermarket and a wonderful pastry shop. It is just a few hundred meters from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, which can be easily reached on foot. For us, it is truly a wonderful point of reference. See you soon, we hope.

Marcella and Lanfranco are two exquisite, discreet, and nice people. The accommodation has spacious rooms and the possibility to park the car safely, all services are convenient. With a short walk, you are at the Basilica of Porziuncola. Good stay.

I am very satisfied with the service. The property is very large, welcoming, and well-equipped. The owners are always kind and very willing to meet any needs. Furthermore, the location of the House is excellent, as it takes just a few minutes to reach the center with a comfortable and pleasant walk. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is also nice to be welcomed by Marcella's small, fragrant, and well-kept garden.

Happy to have chosen this structure, warmly welcomed we immediately felt at ease. Comfortable bed and super bathroom. I did not have time to connect to the wi-fi. I hope to stay longer in the future. I wish you a 2025 full of new friendships.
