The structure reflected the description and met our expectations. Excellent location for those who want to visit Assisi and the surroundings. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with necessary comforts. The bathroom was a bit small and without a bidet, but still functional. Good 15% discount on breakfast at the nearby bar. Excellent value for money for the area.

Nice Bed and Breakfast, well located with convenient free parking twenty meters away. Spacious rooms, adequate bathrooms, well cleaned and very helpful and kind owners. We will come back!
