Broken hand shower without notice: during the shower we had to hold it in our hands the entire time. The toilet flush button would get stuck with the adjacent button when flushing. The owner contacted me several times after the booking, which we found unprofessional, pointless and annoying. No breakfast.

Siete stati contattati per l’orario previsto del check-in una sola volta e con strafottenza non avete voluto darmi un orario, avete rotto le guide di scorrimento della doccia e il pulsante dello scarico del wc. Avete lasciato la camera un vero schifo. Complimenti.
