Excellent location. The host is friendly, professional and available to suggest the best solutions. The television, the cleaning and the arrangement of the room for guests staying more than one day need attention. An Internet connection could also be added. Overall, an excellent stay.

Gentile Rosolino, mi spiace non mi abbia contattato durante il soggiorno. La connessione internet c'è, addirittura la fibra, sempre aperta agli ospiti e funzionante. La tv è una smart tv connessa alla rete. Per la pulizia ed il riassetto della stanza faccio presente a chi legge, così come indicato nelle condizioni di prenotazione, che avviene ogni 3 giorni. Sono sicura che abbia trovato l'alloggio pulito al suo arrivo. La ringrazio comunque per la buona valutazione. Spero alla prossima, Carla

Excellent property in a very central location. The room was clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and well-maintained stay. The soundproofing of the rooms is somewhat lacking, especially if you get noisy and inconsiderate neighbors, but the value for money is such that I would definitely recommend the property.

I was in Foligno for work and stayed in this B&B: a really positive experience. The environment is very welcoming, always clean, with the bed made every day and fresh towels every morning. Attention to detail that I really appreciated. Thank you for the splendid hospitality: everything was perfect.

We had a truly wonderful time! Excellent location, in the historic center of Foligno. The room was always warm, clean, and welcoming. We spent six marvelous days. The beds were very comfortable and the pleasant surprise was finding for my daughter, instead of a single bed, one that is one and a half square meters. The shower was large, spacious, and there was a hairdryer available. We will definitely return.
