Brand-new property, maintained with taste and attention to every detail. The owners were very kind from the first phone contact. Easy to reach, with parking and a large garden. Generous breakfast, carefully prepared with homemade cakes. Gianluca also gave us recommendations on places and restaurants. We will gladly return.

My wife and I stayed for one night, but we felt so good that we have already booked for 4 nights (5 days) in August. The structure is practically new, with only 3 suites. The manager is a friendly and very nice person. He makes you feel at ease right away. The breakfast is abundant and of great quality. I highly recommend this structure.

The structure is very close to Assisi. It is easy to reach. The owners are super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is superb, everything is homemade and abundant. The environment and the rooms are beautiful, everything is new and the cleanliness is impeccable. What can I say... We will return as soon as possible.
