Excellent property in a charming location in the Umbrian countryside and convenient to reach all the main places of interest. Comfortable and perfectly clean room; fully equipped kitchen available. Abundant breakfast, with both fresh and packaged products, served at the desired time in the beautiful dining room with a fireplace. Very courteous and helpful owners. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the area.

Beautiful weekend, very cozy accommodation, Barbara and Anacleto were very kind and super helpful hosts. Very good and plentiful breakfast, accompanied by homemade pastries and the sound and warmth of the fireplace lit even early in the morning! Spacious rooms, with en-suite bathroom, warm (despite the winter temperatures) and very clean! Total autonomy in entering and leaving the B&B and in check-in, great value for money! Experience to be repeated, everything perfect, we will come back!

Decentralized structure from Foligno, convenient for visiting Spello and Bevagna. The room a bit dated, breakfast passable. Convenient parking on site.

I stayed with my wife in the Margherita room: excellent cleanliness, heating (there is also air conditioning) and the bathroom; only the soundproofing of the ground floor room and the external lighting of the building need to be reviewed (the photocells did not always detect movements). Anacleto and his wife are very kind and cordial, ideal for staying in the heart of Umbria, a few kilometers from the most popular destinations.

We felt at home, free in everything. The availability of the manager is total. I don't think there is anything else to add except that we had a great time. We will definitely come back, we highly recommend it.

Bella struttura piuttosto moderna in mezzo alla campagna. Camere essenziali, ma non manca niente, persino tv ed aria condizionata. Bellissima cucina a disposizione degli ospiti, colazioni abbondanti anche con prodotti locali, ma nel rispetto delle normative Covid. Anacleto e famigliari disponibilissimi nel dare suggerimenti per i luoghi da visitare ed i ristoranti locali. Cortesia assicurata.

Posto ideale per una vacanza rilassante, strategico per visitare i bellissimi luoghi artistici e ricchi di storia, che sono molto facilmente raggiungibili. L'Umbria è bellissima! I gestori sono persone genuinamente disponibili e gentili. Anacleto è un eccellente padrone di casa con cui è stato un piacere scambiare anche idee molto profonde. Inoltre sa consigliare molto bene dove parcheggiare quando si va in giro! Io e mio marito ringraziamo anche la sua mamma per la familiarità che sa creare con gli ospiti e la suocera per le ricette dei biscotti. Alla prossima e grazie di tutto! Rachele e Andrea.

Abitazione facilmente raggiungibile dalla SS75 in pochi minuti e in posizione strategica sia per raggiungere Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, sia per le terre del Sagrantino. Camera piccola ma ben arredata, con bagno di dimensioni adeguate. Gestore molto gentile e colazione ottima. Se amate la campagna, il canto del gallo vi farà da sveglia. B&B vivamente consigliato.
