We enjoyed our stay at this property. The couple who own it are very congenial and helpful. We were warmly welcomed and shown around. The location was convenient to the Umbrian hill towns so that we could drive to one each day. The town has good restaurants and our B&B hosts made recommendations and booked tables for us. The countryside was beautiful and quiet. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. The wifi was very good and the breakfasts delicious and plentiful. We would highly recommend this property.

We stayed for about a week and we felt very well. The property is well maintained and cared for, the location is excellent for visiting Spello and the surrounding areas. The apartment is well kept, we found it clean and comfortable. The only thing is that I would add a few more amenities like a microwave which is useful for quick lunches. Other than that everything was very beautiful and well cared for.

Set in the green of Umbria, at the "foot" of Spello where silence, nature, and relaxation reign. We recommend it for everything. Great location to see Spello, reachable on foot in 1 km. Great location to see the infiorata.

The structure is very beautiful, equipped with a swimming pool. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Mr. Amerigo is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

The welcome from Mr. Americo is of classic Umbrian kindness and friendliness. The structure is very well cared for and clean even in the details. The always available pool is a plus for a relaxing vacation in a fantastic medieval landscape of Spello. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Maximum availability and courtesy from Mr. Americo and Mrs. Delia. Clean apartment and fully equipped, the icing on the cake is the beautiful pool from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the town of Spello. Highly recommended for a holiday/stopover in the name of relaxation and tranquility.

Lovely place, very convenient for my needs with an independent kitchen and barbecue provided by the very kind owner who also recommended us where to eat divinely and get very good meat. The beautiful view over Spello accompanied us in a truly special weekend. I recommend it to everyone.

If you want to spend days in relaxation and comfort, this is the right place. A short distance from the center of Spello, easily reachable on foot in 5 minutes, with the security of a reserved and closed parking, much appreciated by those traveling by motorbike like us. Excellent cleanliness and hygiene, excellent value for money: the lack of breakfast is amply compensated by the presence of everything necessary to provide for oneself (furnished and equipped apartments) and, above all, by the extreme kindness and availability of the owners. Also not to be overlooked is the pool, definitely pleasant after a day of walking or cycling.

Truly enchanting place! Just a stone's throw from the historic center of Spello (visible from the pool) and 10 km from Assisi, an oasis of peace! The rooms are extremely clean and equipped with every comfort! Friendly and helpful people welcome you! I regret not being able to spend more days at this property. The owners were helpful and friendly, and promptly fulfilled all our requests. If we were to come back to the area, we would gladly return. Great structure to visit Spello and the Assisi area. The accommodations are nice and functional, complete with everything (private bathroom, kitchen, pots, comfortable walk-in closet, etc.). You can also conveniently park your car since the whole complex is fenced with a gate that opens with a remote control provided to guests upon arrival. The owners are kind and helpful.

Lovely structure, well located, with a pool, convenient internal parking, very clean apartment with A/C. However, we would have appreciated a minimum initial supply (like two sugar packets) and, above all, not being woken up at 9.30 in the morning by the cleaning lady who wanted to tidy up the room.

I spent 5 unforgettable days thanks to my stay at Residence Terra dei Santi Country House. Amerigo was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, the only flaw was the air conditioner that always got stuck. The pool is always available with reserved sunbeds and umbrellas. The structure is at the center of every place to visit, Assisi just steps away. What can I say? I would gladly return.

Great location to visit the Umbrian villages and the places of the saints Francis and Clare. Very clean apartments with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The presence of the pool allows for a pleasant relaxation after a day of excursions or visits.

Simply perfect: the manager was very kind, very close to the town, with fantastic garden and pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the sleeping solutions (double bed and double sofa bed) were very comfortable.

I went for thermal treatments at the Terme Francescane and stayed at Residence Terra dei Santi. Very kind owners, lovely and very efficient structure for those who want to cook for themselves, the breakfast is great and plentiful, and compliments to Mrs. Delia for her wonderful homemade desserts and also to Mr. Americo for his delicious bruschetta. Mrs. Delia and Mr. Americo, thank you again and a possible see you next year.
