We are very satisfied with our stay at B&B Ocarè. Great views, very peaceful, private parking, a nice room, a lovely, well-maintained pool and surroundings. The room was air-conditioned, which was very pleasant in summer. Friendly hosts. We recommend it!

The owners were very kind, the breakfast was excellent, the pool was lovely too, we had a really great time.

Everything is fine, well done, structure, management, location, services, costs, everything is very good. Recommended. I would like to offer two constructive suggestions: I much prefer a buffet breakfast with a few fresh products over a very wide but economical choice. Bathroom without bidet, ok, normal, but you have installed the bidet shower, why not complete the comfort and instead of the bidet shower put the handheld shower with hot water?

We had a great time at this property! The owners were very welcoming, I had all the comforts for my one-year-old. Excellent and super abundant breakfast, with delicious homemade cakes!

We stayed for 6 nights. Strategic location to explore the center and south of Umbria. The village is well connected to the main arteries. New construction and very well maintained by the lovely owners. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom of the right size. Each room has a balcony with a table and chairs as well as a clothesline. The rooms face south and are always sunny and bright. Floor cooling system adaptable in every room and well managed by the owners. Fantastic pool always in the sun to relax in the afternoon. Superlative breakfasts! Must try to stay!

My family and I stayed 8 days and we had a great time. The structure is really beautiful and new, the pool is well-kept and very clean, and after the tours in the beautiful nearby villages, it's truly wonderful to be able to take a refreshing swim, especially if you have a 10-year-old daughter. The breakfast is very abundant and Andrea and his wife never let you miss anything, they are always available and very friendly. It couldn't have gone better, if we return to Umbria it will definitely be our reference point.

The structure is modern and welcoming, in a quiet location but very close to the center of Sangemini, ideal for reaching the many points of interest in the area. The owners are very helpful and courteous. Other strengths include the pool for the exclusive use of guests and the fantastic breakfast, enriched by homemade sweets and pies.

I love San Gemini and this accommodation made me feel at home. Cozy environment, convenient location. We will be back soon.

Beautiful structure with cozy and clean rooms, perfect pool for relaxation and swimming after the excursion and terrace at sunset. \n\nIt is also very close to San Gemini, a beautiful and lively town where we spent our evenings strolling and dining in typical restaurants!

Cozy, clean, quiet structure.
