Our B&B is placed at Orvieto art city, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the old city centre. The hosts were great and this is an amazing little Umbrian town on a hill. I wish that we had had more time there. There is a vibrancy to this area and the Farmers Market outside on Saturday morning was spectacular.

Very central location, within a few minutes walk you can reach the main points of interest in the city. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and courteous. Even though breakfast was not included in the reservation, we were provided with coffee, tea, pastries, biscuits, and jam. I will gladly return.

The room is ideal for visiting Orvieto as it is located in the heart of the city. It is clean, spacious, equipped with air conditioning and all the 'essential' amenities. The very positive picture is completed by the courtesy of the manager and her mother, who also provide useful practical information on food and wine venues.

Great location, in the center overlooking Piazza del Popolo, long-term parking at the cost of 1.50 euros per day at about 400 meters, bar and restaurant right below the house, great value for money, spacious and clean apartment, very helpful owner.

I stayed, along with some relatives, at the B&B "La Soffitta" for a summer holiday in Orvieto. Truly an excellent experience, from all points of view: in the management of the reservation, with precision and clarity in email communication; in the check-in, with the flexibility that a long journey on Italian roads "imposes"; in the affectionate courtesy and competence and in the elegant discretion of the stay management by Silvana and Beatrice; in the very high quality of the rooms, both (in our case) the triple and the single, well-kept and with all necessary services but without betraying the typical Umbrian style in the construction of the accommodations. The only negative point, having to leave the beautiful Orvieto!

Sono stata la notte del 5 gennaio per il week end dell'Epifania. Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per la centralità del B&B che per la gentilezza dei gestori. Se torneremo ad Orvieto probabilmente sceglieremo questo bed and breakfast.

La proprietaria, affabile e gentile, ci ha accolto personalmente anche se siamo arrivati in ritardo. Il B&B è nel centro storico di Orvieto ed è stato arredato con buon gusto mettendo in risalto i pregi dell'antico palazzo. È da consigliare non solo a chi sosta per una notte durante un viaggio, ma anche a chi si vuole fermare per qualche giorno. Cordialità, Bernardo Rodolfo Masera.

Posizione ottima: in pieno centro ad Orvieto, a un paio di minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Accoglienza cordiale e simpatica da parte dei gestori: ci siamo trovati splendidamente.

Ottimo veramente, dopo aver scaricato i bagagli all'ingresso in Piazza del Popolo, e non in Via del Popolo ma subito a sinistra, è opportuno parcheggiare nel parcheggio sotterraneo della città.

Posizione strategica, ottima accoglienza da parte della proprietaria, struttura pulita, confortevole e lontano dai rumori seppure posta in pieno centro; sicuramente la consiglio a chi vuole visitare il triangolo Umbria-Lazio-Toscana. Io conto di tornarci.
