Our B& B is placed at Orvieto art and culture location, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama. "B&B Il Terrazzo" is hospitable and comfortable.

We chose this lovely B&B on the day we stayed suddenly, and we were fully satisfied with a super clean and cozy place and the host’s warm welcome. Good location a few minutes from Orvieto. Very easy to reach although we had to climb 3 flights. We left early for the airport so we received a welcome basket instead of breakfast. Nice host.

My wife and I found Danilo and his wife very warm, welcoming and helpful with both suggestions and information as well as help with charging adapters and with chilling out beers. The room was clean and comfortable and the best part about the property is the terrace where one can sit and enjoy a drink with lovely views of the medieval city of Orvieto. \nLovely couple and lovely home. Go stay with them.

Very good location, close to the escalator that leads to the historic area, parking in front of the property and good connections to towns in Tuscany. The owners are lovely and provide all the information necessary for a pleasant stay and assistance.

We stayed one night in the Bianca room. The room was spacious with a vintage style but cared for down to the smallest detail. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable. Danilo and his wife were extremely friendly and went out of their way to provide us with all the useful information to visit Orvieto. The breakfast was very abundant and varied. Highly recommended. Barbara and Antonio.

Perfect structure to visit Orvieto. In 5 minutes by car you are in the historic center, not in the middle of traffic and nearby there are bars, bakery, restaurant and supermarket. The structure is provided with everything, clean, you can cook and dogs are welcome (with a supplement of 5 euros per dog). The managers are very nice and kind. Highly recommended!

Compliments to Dana, very well-kept and spotless place. In the breakfast there was a pie and a large doughnut made by her (wonderful). She gave indications on where to eat and places to visit. If I return to Orvieto, I will not look for another place.

Beautiful stay at the foot of Orvieto. The structure is in a convenient area to reach the historic center and to move around, as well as being very quiet. Room with comfortable bed and large wardrobe, functional bathroom, all very clean and tidy. Sweet breakfast with all the essentials (milk, coffee, biscuits, croissants, jams and rusks, yogurt, fruit juice) with a special mention for the homemade cakes. Owners very kind and helpful also for advice on where to park and eat in the center. Recommended!

The owners are very kind and helpful. The room is really nice and spacious, and the owner delighted us with a delicious homemade cake breakfast. Very convenient to visit the nearby Orvieto. If we happen to pass by that area, we will definitely stay there.

We had at our disposal a mini-apartment (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) equipped with every comfort, in a building located in the immediate outskirts of Orvieto (short and convenient drive to reach one of the parking lots that lead to the escalators). The location allows you to enjoy, from the terrace where breakfast is served, a splendid view of the city. Quality proportional to the price. Definitely recommended. Slight delay in breakfast redeemed by its abundance, rare in a B&B.

One-night stay, as a stopover to reach the Amalfi Coast. The owners' welcome was warm, caring, and kind. They were helpful in all our requests, even in arranging the breakfast time and in finding a mechanic. Extremely clean and spacious room, with a small but functional bathroom. The view from their terrace, which I would describe as an open-air lounge, is spectacular: the cliff in all its beauty. Private parking right in front of the house, easily accessible historic center. Packaged breakfast but also delicious homemade cakes, served on the terrace or in the room if you prefer. Highly recommended.

Kindness and cordiality of the manager and lady. Cozy and well-furnished room. Abundant breakfast, with particular reference to the freshness and goodness of the pie and cake prepared by the lady. We will come back. Orvieto very close to the structure.

Strategic location for those who want to move around Orvieto without parking problems.\n\nYou wake up at the foot of the Orvietan fortress and it's a spectacle. Perfect breakfast, very good apple pie; very clean.\n\nWe felt at home and also very well advised for the trips. The best B&B of our experience around Italy.

Excellent structure, clean, well furnished and equipped with every necessity. Splendid view of Orvieto reachable in two minutes. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Kind and helpful owners also in providing us with information on visiting the city. I highly recommend it.

Great reception. The apartment was in perfect condition, with everything needed and very clean. Also, abundant breakfast on a beautiful terrace.

If you arrive in the beautiful medieval village of Orvieto, I recommend staying with Danielo and Dana, two very kind and friendly people. Their B&B Il Terrazzo is very nice, quiet, and clean. The breakfast is spectacular, nothing is missing, all seasoned with the education and friendliness of the owners.

The room was spacious and well furnished with a bright and well-equipped bathroom (including soaps, shower gel and hairdryer). The terrace overlooks hills that go up to the rock on which Orvieto rests. The view is exceptional. Danilo and Dana, his lady, were exceptional in welcoming us. Both gave us useful advice for dining in the surroundings and for parking in Orvieto without spending a fortune. Rich breakfast with homemade sweets by Mrs. Dana (too good... hard to resist eh eh eh). Highly recommended and we will recommend it to all our friends. Very very very good.
