Great location if you don't want to stay within the Spello walls! Very clean, large and updated rooms. Peaceful residential neighborhood that's a 10-minute walk to the Spello walls or the train station. It's about a 20-minute walk to the supermarket. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler who took day trips to the surrounding Umbrian towns. Luciano doesn't speak much English but will use Google Translate to answer questions or provide information. He lives on the property, so he is always available if there is an issue. The breakfast is self-serve and is mostly prepackaged items, some fresh fruit and yogurt. It's very easy to purchase what you want if you so desire. There is also a great café within walking distance. I would stay here again, and I highly recommend it unequivocally!

A more than pleasant stay! The location is excellent and strategic, close to the center and to all main roads, yet still very peaceful! Fantastic property and the host was very kind and extremely helpful. We could not have found a better accommodation. An absolute point of reference.

Beautiful house, spacious rooms, internal parking space. Very close to the entrance of Spello allows you to leave the car and explore this wonderful town on foot. Excellent treatment and very friendly owner.
