We were guests at the property to celebrate a birthday. We had a great time. The host was very helpful with all our requests. We felt good, as if we were at our own home. I will recommend it and I will return.

We stayed at the property last week. The place is charming, well-structured, with large spaces where you can admire a breathtaking view, and a pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The restaurant offers home-cooked food and breakfast is rich and served with kindness by Nadia. All surrounded by dogs and cats that the owners treat as part of the family, as it should be found in farmhouses (and I assure you it's not like this everywhere!). Kindness and friendliness from the owners. Overall a beautiful experience! Thank you Nadia!

Great location if you want to move by car quickly between Umbria and Tuscany. Excellent reception, great hospitality. Good food and generous portions.

Enchanting location, immersed in greenery and silence. Ideal for unwinding. The pool is just the right size and also convenient for children. Mrs. Nadia, with all her staff, manages the place and the restaurant excellently, offering express cooked specialties for lunch and dinner. First-rate and high-quality food. The room assigned to us was immense, equipped with a kitchenette and 8 beds. The bathroom very large, all well-kept and clean. A thank you to Mrs. Nadia.
