## Breakfast at Bab San Feliciano In the morning, a simple yet carefully prepared breakfast awaits you, designed to help you start your day at a relaxed pace and with a touch of flavour. Milk, coffee, tea, fruit juice and purified water, including flavoured water, are served alongside a selection of sweet treats, biscuits, sliced bread, rusks, jams, honey, hazelnut spread and cereals. Our breakfast is simple yet welcoming and consists mainly of individually packaged products, selected to ensure convenience, freshness and particular attention to hygiene. **Do you have any special dietary requirements?** The products normally served and displayed may not be suitable for all dietary needs. Upon request and subject to availability, we can provide some alternatives, such as **gluten-free and/or lactose-free products**. We therefore kindly ask our guests to inform us of any **allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements before arrival**, so that we can arrange the necessary products in advance and provide a more attentive and safe welcome. Very positive experience. The B&B is located in a strategic area: five minutes from the station, as well as from Caserma Gonzaga, and three minutes from the main square. My room was very welcoming, warm and clean. Franco is a valuable host. More than once I needed to write to him for support and advice. He was always there.

Getting to know the BAB San Feliciano was a pleasant surprise and the host Franco is truly a wonderful and exquisite person. Even though I saw him for a short time, I think he is one of those people who can do anything to make your stay perfect! The rooms are comfortable, spacious, bright, and especially warm in winter! I am elaborating a bit in the review, but Franco deserves more! 5 stars are more than deserved! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent location: close to the center, close to the station and the barracks (great for competitions). The room is very nice and we were even offered a generous breakfast that we did not think was included in the reservation. The hosts welcomed us with kindness and availability even when we had to stay one more night due to the cancellation of our train. Ten stars well deserved, we could not have asked for more.

I was welcomed by the owner, Mr. Franco Reale, in an impeccable way, a courteous, precise and attentive person from the day of booking until arrival. As soon as I entered the room, we found elegantly decorated trays on the table, rich in many good things to eat for breakfast: snacks, water, coffee, and then the rooms, with a private bathroom, equipped with all comforts, new sanitary facilities, and excellent cleanliness. Every detail is taken care of. I will return in summer, I am very satisfied. Thank you Mr. Franco for your hospitality and availability.

The property is very close to the "Gonzaga" Barracks and the historic center of Foligno, a pedestrian area, just a few steps away. The nearby parking is also very convenient, with a reasonable cost, even though the payment is separate. The owner, Mr. Franco, is a courteous, very kind, and helpful person. It was a real stroke of luck to have met him. The property is located on the second floor of an elegant building, equipped with an elevator, and is reachable by car up to the entrance door. After a first stay at the end of April 2023, I returned on November 22, 2023, a testament to the excellent stay I had before. I highly recommend it.

The first thing to emphasize is the kindness, the welcoming and the hospitality offered by Mr. Franco Reale, which represent the true welcome of the accommodation. I found great availability since the phone booking and even more in person, which shows that he is the cornerstone of everything. In the accommodation, I immediately found comfort, impeccable services and cleanliness, with rooms equipped with all the primary accessories, including TV, wifi network, kitchen, living room, and terrace, all of excellent quality. The accommodation is also located in an ideal position, very close to the station and the city center. I recommend anyone in Foligno not to hesitate to contact Mr. Franco Reale.

The structure is very clean and well maintained, excellent value for money. The owner is a very helpful and kind person, always willing to please the customer to ensure the best possible experience, the possibility to book a discounted parking for those arriving by car was very convenient for us. Perfect location for those who need to participate in competitions at the barracks in Foligno, it is located practically in front. Nearby there are many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, and the structure is located in the heart of Foligno. Highly recommended top structure.

The property is in a very convenient location for those who move around with public transport and is very central to visit all the attractions in the area. Wonderful bright location on the top floor with a large terrace just steps from the station and the center of Foligno! Mr. Franco, a person of extraordinary kindness, extremely helpful, attentive to details and small gestures of courtesy not taken for granted at all, in addition to impeccable order and cleanliness. The rooms are stunning and fragrant, and the common areas are equipped with everything you need, and more: air conditioners, wi-fi, kettles for making tea, kitchen and relaxation areas even on the balcony. The kindness and availability of Mr. Franco are indescribable. The apartment was very clean and centrally located in Foligno. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the center of the city, tasting the history and local products, or for those like me who stayed at this bed and breakfast to take exams at the Gonzaga Barracks, which is 200 meters away from the b&b. Highly recommended.

My parents booked the room for me, saying that in the evening I would go to see the Claudio Baglioni concert in Assisi, about 10 minutes by car. Once arrived at Bab San Feliciano Affittacamere Foligno for the check-in, the manager Franco welcomed me in a very friendly and kind way, but he won me over from the moment he took me to the room because, through YouTube on the TV, there was the playlist of Claudio Baglioni playing, just to make me feel at home: a small but great gesture that made me appreciate and understand the attention to detail of Mr. Franco and the sensitivity he has towards his clients. Highly recommended also for the presence of the parking lot a stone's throw from the structure and especially for the morning silence in the surroundings. See you soon!
