Near our facility you can find several monuments and famous places. Remember that just only 470 m away there is the 'Duomo'.

As soon as we arrived, the very kind owner welcomed us and helped us unload the heavy motorcycle bags. The historic structure, 500 years old, is still well maintained, the room small but cozy, clean as well as the bathroom, spacious and well-stocked breakfast area, I would say quality-price is the TOP! Thanks again! Probably see you again in the near future!

Perfect location for walking around, excellent solution for cars with covered parking, clean rooms and common area. Breakfast with a wide selection and the manager was willing to accommodate us, also having a celiac. Highly recommended.

Dopo un piccolo malinteso all'inizio (avevo chiesto la camera tripla perché ha il bagno in camera, mi è stata data la camera matrimoniale), niente da eccepire. Massima disponibilità e cortesia. Ottima la colazione. È penalizzante l'ubicazione al centro storico con difficoltà di parcheggio in prossimità.

Ho soggiornato una notte. L'appartamento tutto ristrutturato moderno, il bagno privato è nel corridoio ma noi eravamo gli unici ospiti pertanto non abbiamo avuto problemi. La colazione prodotti confezionati ma diversa scelta con il tavolo preparato la sera prima dai proprietari (gentili, disponibili e non invadenti). La macchina lasciata al parcheggio coperto compreso nel prezzo. Vicino a tutto. Orvieto merita una giornata intera oppure due mezze giornate. Vedete tutto quello che offre, anche se a pagamento, ne vale la pena.

In posizione ottimale. Bagno privato fuori dalla stanza. una volta scaricati i bagagli è possibile parcheggiare con pass del proprietario (gratuito) in silos. Posto pulito e tranquillo nonostante il ristorante sotto la finestra. la colazione era da gestire senza la presenza del gestore, con alimenti confezionati e a noi non è piaciuto. Non sono presenti cartine della città nel B&B. Nel nostro caso la proprietaria è stata poco presente ma cordiale comunque.

Stupendo! Posizione splendida in pieno centro storico, bellissimo appartamento pulito e arredato con cura da Catia camere molto confortevoli e colazione ricca. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Veramente da provare.

Nuovissimo e bellissimo B&B, molto pulito e moderno. Bellissima la camera matrimoniale, grande ma anche quella singola, ampio spazio comune con cucina completa di ogni comfort, colazione ricca di scelta e ottima posizione in pieno centro. Inoltre la proprietaria è molto disponibile e molto gentile, che non gusta mai. Assolutamente consigliato e da tornare.
