Very very nice and comfortable apartment on the main street of the historical center of Castiglione del Lago. The owner, Viola, is very kind and helpful. The restaurant managed by the same family located just below the apartment is also excellent. I will come back and will definitely recommend it.

I stayed with my family in the Garbino apartment and we had a great time. Clean, well-kept, and the manager was very friendly and kind. Located in a very convenient location close to services. Well furnished and equipped with everything you need.

The Aura Kite Attic where we stayed is very interesting because it is located in the heart of Castiglione del Lago, from where you can easily reach many Umbrian and Tuscan locations. Well-renovated apartment, quiet, with a kitchen/living area and two spacious bedrooms with excellent mattresses and pillows, and spacious wardrobes. The significant heat during our vacation days did not have negative impacts thanks to the well-functioning air conditioning system. The bathroom is windowless, but with a good ventilation system and a spacious shower. Viola is a very kind and attentive hostess to her guests. Recommended.

We stayed last year and this year. This hotel is amazing. Comfortable, clean, and close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Ilio was a very kind man. The restaurant downstairs is delicious. Thank you very much.

My husband, my daughter who is 3 years old and I stayed at the Aura B&B for two days and we had a great time. The apartment is very nice, has large spaces and is equipped with a crib and children's books. The stroller could be easily left at the bottom of the stairs. Viola welcomed us with great availability and sweetness. We felt pampered. The restaurant below the B&B is excellent! Castiglione sul lago is a little gem, even more interesting during the Tulip Festival (end of April)! We will be back.

Highly recommended. Lovely place, wonderful staff, we stayed one night, my husband and our two dogs were treated divinely, abundant breakfast and excellent restaurant. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

We unfortunately ended our vacation in Castiglione del Lago yesterday. We stayed in the rainbow apartment at the B&B Aura. Everything was truly wonderful, comfortable and beautiful apartment in the heart of Castiglione del Lago. Abundant breakfast with brioche, cakes, and homemade sweets at the Acquario restaurant run by the B&B owners, and if you decide to eat at the same restaurant (which is very good), you will receive a 10% discount. This little village is a real gem and is an optimal stopover for those who want to visit Umbria. A big thank you to Viola and her family for all the advice, kindness, and availability. We will definitely come back.

I stayed at the B&B Aura from the 27th to the 29th of May with my husband and daughter and we were pleasantly surprised both by the kindness and availability of the managers, and by the apartment where we stayed, very spacious and meticulously cared for, located in the heart of the village. Special appreciation also goes to the managers' restaurant: all fresh dishes and excellent service! We will definitely come back!

Great B&B, very cute and finely furnished structure, very well maintained, slightly dimly lit but it was not a problem at all, the owner Viola very helpful and kind, breakfast was not only made of rusks but also of other things, we could also choose whether we wanted sweet or savory. Very cozy apartment, located in an ancient building set in the ancient and suggestive atmosphere of Castiglione del Lago. Excellent restaurant (L'Acquario) located in the same building. Two candlelight dinners a year: so romantic! Oh, I forgot: the managers of Aura and the restaurant are friendly and very hospitable.

If I could, I would give a score of 20 or more for the hospitality, discreet yet at the same time familial! Super Viola pampered us and made us feel at home! The apartment is very nice, spacious and functional in an ideal position within the village of Castiglione del Lago, a jewel not to be missed! If I really had to find a flaw, I would say that the apartment is poorly lit by lamps and chandeliers (I see little and for me light is fundamental!). The restaurant L'Acquario is very welcoming and offers traditional local cuisine recovered from ancient Etruscan recipes (on dedicated evenings).
