Very noisy fridge, no solution despite complaint about it. Shower drain not functioning well. Bad beds. Communication with host only through WhatsApp (Quick response). Very nice surroundings.

We spent a wonderful quiet week in this very beautiful place ideal for relaxing. The pool is very pleasant and well maintained. Our grandchildren also had a very good stay and even our dogs felt like they were on vacation! The village is close and very pretty. We hope to come back very soon 😊.

Even though the price is indeed low, the air conditioning is only in the entrance and not in the rooms, making it very difficult to sleep. The mosquito net is not present on all the windows. The pool is very dirty.

It's a pity that there were neither salt nor sugar packets, and not even a small pot for the milk at breakfast. The biggest problem was the presence of cobwebs in the rooms! The double room was very nice, but the single room had flattened pillows and quite worn mattresses.

Overall, the experience is definitely positive. Some cost-free suggestions: equip the kitchen with more basic accessories (only 3 forks... scissors absent, no kettle to boil water for tea...) and position them better (the kitchen cabinets were all empty while the necessary items were in an awkward position, very low, in a nearby cabinet). For everyone's safety: the house contains a lot of wood, so the fire risk is high; for this reason, the house is rightly equipped with a fire extinguisher. The problem is that it is hidden, and I did not see any indication of where to find it (I noticed it by chance without needing it). Furthermore, in my opinion, when handing over a house, all information regarding the systems must be disclosed, that is, how to turn off gas, electricity, and water; try to imagine how to proceed in an emergency without knowing this information. Anyway, my suggestions are only improvement points, except for what I specified regarding safety, which is often an aspect greatly underestimated by managers and can tragically prove relevant in dangerous situations.
