Great farmhouse, well managed and offering excellent amenities. Praise to Lidia for the beginner horseback riding course for children, really attentive and kind. Relaxing atmosphere, convenient location for visiting Gubbio and Assisi. Recommended.

Well-located property, extremely efficient and polite staff, very clean and tidy rooms, possibility to go horseback riding, spa and pool as extras.

I stayed at this wonderful farmhouse surrounded by greenery for a weekend, together with four friends and our motorcycles. From our arrival we felt welcomed with great cordiality, like at home. After check-in we settled into our room, changed and spent a pleasant afternoon by the pool enjoying an excellent aperitif. For dinner we chose to stay on site and were pleasantly surprised by a simple but very tasty menu, prepared with genuine products and enhanced by excellent homemade pasta. The following morning we were greeted by a rich breakfast with many homemade products. After saying goodbye to the very kind staff, we left with a smile. It was a truly pleasant experience: very welcoming and helpful staff, a property immersed in nature and in the tranquility of the Umbrian hills. What can I say… a place to definitely return to!.

The manager offered us some products made by them (like a bitter liqueur). Having stayed at several similar establishments, these were always offered; instead we found them charged to our bill. I asked for an extra roll of toilet paper and they delivered another one that had already been started. (In fact, it was only half a roll.) Little things, but they embarrass the guest.

The rooms are small and not very comfortable. The food is good.

Food: 10 out of 10! The rooms have the essentials. I think that, for this category, it is hard to find better.
