Close to Todi and deep in the country, Agriturismo Casale Ulivi is nice and clean with plenty of space to stay. Nice breakfast with homemade cake and biscuits.

Beautiful structure with excellent quality/price ratio. Very nice and always available manager. Recommended for families. A real gem is the outdoor hot tub.

Highly recommended, the place is very quiet and well located to visit other places. It is very welcoming and family-like. Mrs. Simonetta is a sweetheart, it felt like being at home. Thank you very much from my parents, it was a wonderful experience, we will recommend it.

Family-friendly, clean and well-kept structure. The lady who manages the Agriturismo Casale Ulivi is very kind and helpful. Breakfast well stocked, especially with homemade cakes by the lady. Everything really great.

Excellent bed and breakfast, we stayed three nights, we felt like at home, the owner Simonetta welcomed us with a homemade cake, very quiet location on the hills ten minutes drive from Todi, excellent base to visit the wonders of Umbria. Excellent value for money.

Everything beyond expectations. The location was good, as it was central to the various places to visit. The accommodation was spacious, clean, with everything you need. Exceptional hospitality, Simonetta was caring and supported us in all our needs. Every morning she brought us brioches, the first day a whole ring cake, on Easter day the typical cheese cake of the area, one day cold cuts from the area. This in addition to coffee, biscuits, jam, milk, and juices. We felt at home.

First small post-Covid trip, we missed it! The place is very simple and basic, but it was perfect for our needs. Simonetta seemed like a delightful person and her welcome was authentic! The location was also suitable for us. Thank you for everything!

Located in a pleasant and very scenic location, ideal for those who love tranquility and peace, reachable only via GPS. Family hospitality and great availability. Abundant, rich, and varied breakfast, with excellent homemade cakes. Just 10 minutes away, you reach the town of Todi.
