Our farmhouse is near the Lago Trasimeno, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the historic heart of the city. "Agriturismo Annamaria" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to stay in a home from home, thanks to our child-friendly services, for a romantic getaway that makes you feel like a couple again, if you love the peace and quiet of nature, far from the bustle of the city.

The building, situated in the small village of Frattavecchia (Agrifoglio apartment), has been recently restored in accordance with the Umbrian rural tradition: it is composed of a large living-and dining-room , with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom; heating, TV, bed and bath linen.
It can lodge from 2 to 6 peoples.
At our guests' disposal there is a large equipped garden (50 mt from the house) with swimming-pool, gazebo and playground, full of trees and flowers.

Ho soggiornato in quella struttura un po' di tempo fa, siamo stati benissimo. Il posto é incantevole, i proprietari sono persone gentilissime, Annamaria e Danilo, ti fanno sentire a casa. La colazione una bontà, fatta con dei prodotti fatti a casa. Gli appartamenti puliti e accoglienti. Adatto a chi vuole staccare dallo stress perché ti permette di fare delle belle passeggiate nel mezzo del verde. Consigliato per le famiglie con figli piccoli.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo agriturismo trovato per puro caso, e ci hanno accolto i due fantastici proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Disponibili in tutto, generosi all'ennesima potenza fornendo anche i loro buonissimi prodotti quali frutta, verdura e quant'altro! Pulizia dell'appartamento e del l'esterno, compresa la zona piscina, tutto al minimo dettaglio. Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità in tutto il circondario, ma cmq a 5 minuti di auto da Castiglione del Lago. Veramente una grande scoperta ed una bellissima esperienza che consigliamo vivamente di fare.

La struttura è in un contesto di vero agriturismo. La disponibilità dei gestori è sempre stata ottima e si sono rapportati a noi sempre con cordialità, instaurando un rapporto amichevole quasi familiare. Abbiamo riscontrato pulizia e tutto in regola per quanto riguarda le cose presenti nell'appartamento e a nostra disposizione. Buone colazioni con le mitiche marmellate di Annamaria e le sue torte. Momento nel quale ci siamo conosciuti meglio e dove è aumentata la stima reciproca e la conseguente amicizia. Ci siamo promessi di ritornare, anche perché oltre ad esserci trovati bene, quelle zone hanno innumerevoli cose da scoprire ed in quei pochi giorni, non siamo riusciti a vedere tutto forse ci vorranno anni per farlo. Ringraziamo Annamaria e Danilo che ci hanno fatto stare bene, due persone meravigliose !

L'agriturismo è situato in un meraviglioso posto incantato. L'unico rumore sono i grilli e le cicale. I campi di frumento, di granoturco, gli alberi da frutto e gli ulivi riempiono questo quadro dalle mille sfumature. A cornice di tutto questo c'è una splendida coppia di persone che auguro a tutti di incontrare perché ti fanno sentire a casa. Accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità fanno di queste persone un valore aggiunto dell'agriturismo. I miei più grandi complimenti alla signora Annamaria che con le torte fatte in casa deliziava le nostre colazioni semplici e genuine. Questo è il significato di agriturismo, quello che mangi è prodotto in casa. Ecco perché questo è un vero agriturismo. Ritorneremo sicuramente a farvi visita, ci siete rimasti nel cuore seppur avessimo passato da voi solo 2 notti. Carlo e Sophia.
