New, very clean, with a host who is really courteous and helpful. It has everything: air conditioning, a very comfortable mattress and pillows (with options), and a small refrigerator. Convenient for visiting the surrounding points of interest. In short, a really pleasant discovery.

Very polite and helpful host. The property is very clean and, for those who like the suburbs, it has an excellent location with a beautiful terrace equipped for the exclusive use of the room.

The property is welcoming, set in greenery in a quiet and private area, just a short walk from a link road to the center of Foligno, very convenient for getting around. There is private, exclusive parking to leave the car. The room with bathroom is comfortable, quiet and equipped with all amenities. Cleanliness and furnishings are very well cared for. The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. My stay for two people was completely satisfactory in every respect. I highly recommend it. Thanks to Leonardo and his dear father.
