Very pleasant stay, the structure is very nice and the room is very large, super equipped with towels and soap, a stone's throw from the center. If I had to come back to Foligno, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location: the property is located in the historic center, so it's a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), with many bars and shops nearby. Mrs. Carla was very helpful providing us with a series of indications about paid parking lots (with rates indicated) and free ones all about 10/12 minutes walk from the property. The self check-in is very simple and convenient (following the indications provided by Mrs. Carla) since you are not tied to a specific time. The area is very quiet both in the evening and in the morning. The room and bathroom were very clean and equipped with everything needed for a stay. We were really satisfied, thank you and congratulations!

Great communication, clean and well-furnished room on the second floor in the heart of Foligno. Excellent value for money. It is worth noting the lack of air conditioning and elevator, which are already indicated, for those interested in staying there. I am fully satisfied.

A structure located in the center of the town, within a 10-minute walk you can reach all the points of historical interest, parking could be a flaw but in the town there are plenty because the historic center is limited to traffic.

Overall, the structure has an excellent value for money. Unfortunately, due to the manager, I paid the amount due twice, and to this day, 15 days later, I have not received back the excess amount paid.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Situato in pieno centro ma raggiungibile in macchina grazie al permesso ztl che rilascia direttamente la struttura all arrivo. Camera e bagno puliti e spaziosi. Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza di aria condizionata, camere non insonorizzate e la vista dalla finestra (praticamente avevamo un muro davanti).

Prenotato per 3 notti. Abbiamo trovato un clima familiare. I proprietari della struttura sono gentilissimi, ci hanno dato info sui posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Le camere sono pulite, ospitali ed arredate con gusto. Ben insonorizzate e con tutti i confort necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno tranquillo. Nei bagni ho trovato asciugamani piccole medie e grandi, con bagnoschiuma nella doccia. Phon e termoarredo sono utilissimi. C'è una zona comune con tavolini e sedie. Ora hanno aggiunto delle comode macchinette automatiche con bevande e snack. Molto comode. Struttura consigliata, in pieno centro e a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione. Se ricapito da queste parti, non ci penso una volta e prenoto di nuovo qui. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Grazie per l'ospitalità.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti nel B&B con mia figlia. Vicinissimo alla stazione, raggiungibile a piedi. È sito in una traversa del corso Cavour, dove ci sono negozi molto interessanti, vari locali, bar, ristoranti e pizzerie con menù a basso costo. Camera pulita, curata nei dettagli. La signora Carla molto disponibile, precisa e attenta alle esigenze della clientela. Sua mamma molto garbata e gentile, con lei mi sono intrattenuta in una piacevole conversazione. Consiglio vivamente il B&B.

Stupendo! Camera di 3 persone nonostante fossimo in 2, veranda per uscire a prendere una boccata d'aria, bagno in camera e asciugacapelli in bagno, TV, riscaldamento disponibili e WiFi free, ottimo servizio e fantastica pulizia, scale non proprio il top ma tutto sommato ci siamo trovate bene, e tutto a 50€. Grazie!

Ho soggiornato qualche giorno fa presso l'affittacamere Arco Polinori e sin dai primi contatti ho evinto la gentilezza della proprietaria. La struttura si trova in centro ed è stato molto facile raggiungerla. La pulizia delle camere e della struttura è impeccabile. Tutto è curato nel minimi dettagli per far sentire a proprio agio l'ospite: il profumo di pulito che si avverte nelle scale, la scelta degli arredi, la comodità del materasso, la cialda di caffè e una bottiglietta d'acqua offerte. Prenotando qualche mese prima la stanza, ho potuto usufruire di un piccolo sconto, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto elevato. Se dovessi soggiornare nuovamente a Foligno, sceglierei senza dubbio questa struttura.
