The property has been completely renovated and there are four units (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor). On the first floor there is also a small breakfast room, which can also be used on the adjoining terrace with a sea view. The breakfast room and the terrace are freely accessible throughout the day. At the back there is a private parking area with one parking space for each unit. The units have all the expected amenities and, in our case, daily room cleaning was also provided. The property is slightly elevated and a descent of about 100 metres leads to the beginning of the village of Procchio, with an immediate pedestrian path to the free beach at the end of the gulf. For the equipped beach, there is an agreement with the Lido Beach establishment located in the centre of the gulf. For our four-night stay everything was perfect!

Ci fa particolarmente piacere sapere che abbiate gradito la nostra saletta e la terrazza vista mare, pensate proprio per offrire ai nostri ospiti uno spazio di totale relax a qualsiasi ora del giorno. La nostra posizione, vicina sia al paese che alle spiagge (inclusa quella in convenzione con il Edo Beach), è pensata proprio per garantire una vacanza comoda e senza pensieri.
