Fantastic experience. The property was charming, in a perfect location to explore both the local and tourist sides of town. Valentina is a tremendous host, providing top-notch hospitality and customer service. She is always available and has incredible recommendations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Staying here elevated our entire Viareggio experience and we have Valentina to thank for making it possible.

My three friends and I had a wonderful time at Villa Valentina Versilia! The hostess was amazing and was so friendly. As soon as we got there, she started giving us recommendations of the best beaches and restaurants to go to. We also had discounts at a few restaurants because she was friends with the owners. The room was perfect and had a great small kitchen with a mini fridge that had breakfast foods in it and a microwave, sink, etc. The bathroom was super nice with an amazing shower. I could go on and on about the hostess/ owner because she was the sweetest woman going above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be!

Honestly, this accommodation should even receive an 11 as a rating. We felt so good and were really pampered and at home. The cleanliness is close to perfection. The friendliness of Valentina and her dad is fantastic. And the location of the accommodation is really great. The breakfast was really a treat with fresh croissants and plenty of stuff in the fridge. Thank you Valentina! I recommend it to anyone who wants to take a weekend of relaxation. It’s not right by the sea but really close to the beautiful walks in Viareggio.

We stayed in four between the night of Christmas and St. Stephen's Day. The room was spacious with two double bunk beds and a one-and-a-half square sofa bed. At first glance, it may seem a little bare, but after staying there, you realize that there is really everything you need (coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, functional furniture) without filling it with useless things that would take up space and, if you need anything else, there is Valentina who will take care of every necessity. Upon our arrival, we were asked if in addition to the supply of coffee, milk, croissants, Nutella, and jams already provided in the room, we wanted anything else for breakfast (both sweet and savory) and three fresh croissants, bread, ham, and two oranges for juice arrived. The bathroom in the room is spacious, equipped with a shower with built-in radio, chromotherapy, and hydromassage. The structure is close to the beach. A piece of advice for those who decide to go: at the entrance, there are photos of what the building looked like before the renovation, let Valentina's father (whom I greet and thank for his availability) tell you the details of the renovation and how from a building in a state of abandonment a complete renovation was done to bring it back to its former glory with that touch of modernity to provide guests with a pleasant and unforgettable holiday. Very nice structure just a couple of steps from the sea. The managers were very kind and welcoming. We had our two little dogs with us who were welcomed and pampered. Breakfast with pastry croissants. Everything was perfect.
