A pleasant place: it feels like being in a fairy tale,with frescoed walls,clean and fresh. The breakfast is far from mediocre,and is prepared to order with care and attention. The location is strategic:via the state road you can reach the most beautiful places; you arrive in Lucca,Florence,Pisa and beyond. I recommend this property and nearby the Baccarossa restaurant,where quality and price meet. I will definitely return. Thanks to Simone,the owner.

Charming B&B, very well maintained in all details, with a lovely pool and garden. Simone was very welcoming and kind: thanks to his help, we were also able to quickly resolve a car battery issue. We slept in the beautiful quadruple room with musical instruments painted on the walls. We would have gladly stayed longer.

We had a good time. The manager gave us many interesting suggestions for places to see on our way to Grosseto. Just a small inconvenience, one of the two rooms did not heat up enough, but it is certainly something that has already been fixed. Thank you for the kind welcome and for the knowledge about the area.

We stayed at Villa Maria and it exceeded our already high expectations. The attention to detail, the originality of the furnishings, and the cleanliness of the premises, combined with the friendliness of the owner who prepared breakfasts satisfying all our requests, made our experience very enjoyable. The availability of an indoor parking makes everything easier. We will definitely come back at another time to enjoy their pool.

Wonderful Villa Maria with frescoes and a pool. Extremely clean and recently renovated. SUPER COMFY bed! Very clean linens. Rich breakfast to suit all tastes. Exceptional kindness, availability, and discretion of the owner and staff. Beautiful pool, the largest I have seen in the area. The garden is very well-kept. Truly a paradise!

Beautiful property. Well maintained and clean place. Simone, the manager, is very kind and always available. He put up with our three noisy and loud families (7 children and two dogs) etc etc without batting an eyelid. The only advice is to improve the breakfast management. Everything is good and made on the spot (Simone does everything alone)... For us, breakfast is rich and fun, and we like being able to try many things, the à la carte menu is not suitable (however, we had plentiful breakfasts).

Great solution for visiting Pisa, Lucca, etc. The location is beautiful. We had a great time. The host Simone was always very courteous (ps: poor Simone), and always provided us with useful details for our visits. Truly exceptional! We highly recommend it. Unique and fantastic structure in its kind, well-kept environments, extremely clean rooms and bathroom and bedroom linen that smell of true cleanliness! Clean outdoor pool and very comfortable outdoor space to spend moments of relaxation and for a great breakfast prepared by the legendary owner, the Poor Simone, known this summer but actually seems to have known him for a lifetime! Fantastic person, I won't add anything else, there are few like him around! I recommend everyone to spend their holidays or moments of relaxation in this structure.

Great structure, well managed and with care for the customer. The structure is clean and located near several points of interest. The holiday bonus can be used without any problems. Only downside, the shower needs a soap holder.

I stayed two nights with my partner at Villa Maria and I must say that we had a really good time! The property is in a strategic location where you can easily reach many Tuscan tourist destinations. As soon as we entered the lounge, but especially in the room, we were fascinated by the absolutely fabulous furnishings! The owner, Simone, is a very friendly and helpful person! Stay was extremely pleasant! The owner is a very friendly guy, always available and present for any need, request or advice. I highly recommend staying in this fragrant and elegantly painted b&b, with a beautiful pool, very close to Pisa and Lucca but also to spectacular lesser-known villages like Vinci, Buti and Vicopisano. I stayed with my family at Villa Maria for two nights and I can only be absolutely satisfied. The room is well furnished and very clean, the manager is helpful and very kind, excellent and abundant breakfast. I recommend Villa Maria without a doubt, definitely worth going back.
