We stayed at Villa Maria and it exceeded our already high expectations. The attention to detail, the originality of the furnishings, and the cleanliness of the premises, combined with the friendliness of the owner who prepared breakfasts satisfying all our requests, made our experience very enjoyable. The availability of an indoor parking makes everything easier. We will definitely come back at another time to enjoy their pool.

Wonderful Villa Maria with frescoes and a pool. Extremely clean and recently renovated. SUPER COMFY bed! Very clean linens. Rich breakfast to suit all tastes. Exceptional kindness, availability, and discretion of the owner and staff. Beautiful pool, the largest I have seen in the area. The garden is very well-kept. Truly a paradise!

Beautiful property. Well maintained and clean place. Simone, the manager, is very kind and always available. He put up with our three noisy and loud families (7 children and two dogs) etc etc without batting an eyelid. The only advice is to improve the breakfast management. Everything is good and made on the spot (Simone does everything alone)... For us, breakfast is rich and fun, and we like being able to try many things, the à la carte menu is not suitable (however, we had plentiful breakfasts).

Great solution for visiting Pisa, Lucca, etc. The location is beautiful. We had a great time. The host Simone was always very courteous (ps: poor Simone), and always provided us with useful details for our visits. Truly exceptional! We highly recommend it. We stayed at Simone's for 2 nights, a thank you from Davide, Valeria, Samuele, and Emiliano.

Unique and fantastic structure in its kind, well-kept environments, extremely clean rooms and bathroom and bedroom linen that smell of true cleanliness! Clean outdoor pool and very comfortable outdoor space to spend moments of relaxation and for a great breakfast prepared by the legendary owner, the Poor Simone, known this summer but actually seems to have known him for a lifetime! Fantastic person, I won't add anything else, there are few like him around! I recommend everyone to spend their holidays or moments of relaxation in this structure.

Great structure, well managed and with care for the customer. The structure is clean and located near several points of interest. The holiday bonus can be used without any problems. Only downside, the shower needs a soap holder.

I stayed two nights with my partner at Villa Maria and I must say that we had a really good time! The property is in a strategic location where you can easily reach many Tuscan tourist destinations. As soon as we entered the lounge, but especially in the room, we were fascinated by the absolutely fabulous furnishings! The owner, Simone, is a very friendly and helpful person! Varied breakfast options. Highly recommended!

Soggiorno a dir poco piacevolissimo! Il titolare è un ragazzo simpaticissimo, sempre disponibile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza, richiesta o consiglio. Straconsiglio di soggiornare in questo b&b profumatissimo ed elegantemente dipinto, con una splendida piscina, vicinissimo a Pisa e Lucca ma anche a borghi spettacolari meno conosciuti come Vinci, Buti e Vicopisano. Ci manca già questo splendido posto!

Posto incantevole curato nei particolari e molto pulito. Durante il nostro soggiorno siamo stati coccolati da Simone fin dal mattino con una squisita colazione, ci consigliato ristoranti dove poter gustare piatti tipici toscani, ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa di amici, abbiamo fatto piacevoli chiacchierate seduti in giardino. Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Maria e siamo rimasti esterrefatti dall'incredibile eccellenza di questo posto. A partire dal titolare Simone, una persona molto simpatica, disponibile, educata ed attenta al benestare dei suoi clienti. La struttura si presenta ricchissima di eleganza e gusto nell’arredo, il fantastico e curatissimo giardino accompagnato da una bellissima piscina fanno da cornice ad questo posto magnifico. Il cibo è di prima qualità, si usano prodotti locali e sono anche ben cucinati; per non parlare della colazione, abbondante ed eccezionale. Un posto magnifico. 10

Questa struttura si merita senza dubbio un 10 e lode, anche se si trova in un paese in campagna, è in posizione strategica per visitare tutte le più importanti località toscane, inoltre il gestore, il Sig. Simone, è davvero gentile e disponibile.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato parecchi consigli su dove andare per visitare, mangiare e spiagge al mare. La colazione è stata preparata al momento ed era buona. Si può entrare in piscina, anche se noi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Prenotato con bonus vacanze senza problemi. Grazie mille!

Ambiente carino che si estranea dal resto del paese, che è abbastanza antico e periferico. Proprietario sempre presente e disponibilissimo, camere grandi, belle e pulite, piscina disponibile da subito con lettini e ombrelloni intorno, colazione abbondantissima.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia in questa struttura per due notti e non posso che essere assolutamente soddisfatta. La stanza è ben arredata e pulitissima, il gestore è disponibile e gentilissimo, colazione ottima e abbondante. Consiglio questa struttura senza dubbi, da ritornarci sicuramente.
