Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to, enjoy and buy local artisan products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to stay in a home from home, for a romantic getaway that makes you feel like a couple again, wellness and fitness at nearby spas, if you're looking to spend time in untouched nature.

We ran out of hot water for the bathroom, the explanation was that everyone showered at the same time. Breakfast, as the establishment says, does not exist.

Spacious and bright accommodation, newly built, kept in an impeccable manner and very organized in everything (top-notch cleanliness). The owner is very kind. On the first day, a small breakfast is available (not included) outside. I would return.

A ten-minute walk from Villa Etruria. Friendly staff, attentive to every customer's need, beautiful structure, rich breakfast, very spacious rooms, huge bathroom. What can I say? If you come to Pitigliano, come here.

Silent location, convenient with the historic center of Pitigliano which can be easily reached on foot. It has private parking, which is not trivial in Pitigliano. Courteous structure manager and excellent cleanliness of the premises. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. We spent four days in tranquility, we felt good and we will definitely return as a base for further "wandering". Rita and Antonio - Nova Milanese.

Very nice structure located near (about 1 km) the historic center, has private parking, in a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect for a good restful sleep. Spacious and clean room and bathroom, rich breakfast and very friendly and helpful managers. Absolutely recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place fairly close to the historic center.

Beautiful location surrounded by greenery and quiet, convenient to the center, easy to reach coming from outside the region. Courtesy of the staff. Cleanliness of the premises. We spent 2 nights in this fantastic bed and breakfast and we really enjoyed it. The rooms, very clean, are spacious and have everything you need to have an unforgettable vacation. The breakfast was excellent and of high quality. The center of Pitigliano can be reached in a few minutes on foot, we felt really good and we will definitely return.
