Check-in to the property was easy and well explained by the host with pictures to assist. The room, bathroom and shared kitchen were very clean and modern - we think it was stunning. Although we know others were staying in the property we couldn't hear them, it was nice and quiet. The property is walking distance to the centre of Florence, on a tram line and near the train station, which made it perfect for us. The host was very helpful, providing recommendations for food which we tried and were impressed by, and helped us with luggage storage after check-out so we could enjoy our last day in Florence. Thank you for a great stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Sweet Florence! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from terminal station and quiet neighborhood. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful especially with his directions about restaurants, cafes and the local shops. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental experience.

Everything was beyond the words. The room is nice as in a picture, cleaning is superb, the host is so nice and helpful. He is always willing to help his customers. But the location from the main station is not super close to walk, but good enough to walk. I can say that it is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

Overall, a good stay. The 'hotel' is a guesthouse hosted by a private host rather than a conventional hotel. Clear self-check-in instructions were sent in advance of our arrival. Rooms are similar to those advertised on the website. Olly was a good host, cooperative and patient. The rooms were pricey; however, they were more modern than those in other hotels in close proximity to Florence station.

Clean and spacious rooms. About 10 minutes from the train station, almost a 15-20 minute walk to the Duomo or city center. The host is very friendly and good at communication. Overall a great experience.

I had a fantastic time staying at Sweet Florence! The room was clean and Olgert was a great host. The area is a 10-minute walk to the Florence S. M. station. Most major attractions are a 20-25 minute walk away.\n\nHonestly can't say I would change anything. Maybe have a shelf to place items in the shower? But that's about it! Highly recommend staying here!

Special concept, as apartments in a historic building have been converted into hotel rooms. For a short stay and a tourist hotspot like Florence, it is okay. For Florentines, who lose living space because of this, it is rather questionable. Offering it on a website named "Bed and Breakfast" is confusing. However, it is sufficiently indicated that there is no breakfast.

The accommodation is very clean, has everything you need and is super modern! The bathroom is spacious, with a nice rain shower, heating and air conditioning. The bed is very comfortable. And the location is great, especially if you arrive by train (10 minutes walk to the main station). It is very centrally located, we were able to reach everything on foot. The host is super friendly and also had very good tips for us. Was very well organized. Overall, a really great accommodation in Florence.

First of all, our sincere compliments and thanks for Olly and his family's hospitality and kindness. We felt more than welcome. Everything about the room and kitchen was perfect for us. No technical complaints: shower and toilet worked fine. There is more than enough light in the room. We did some shopping at the supermarket, so we could have breakfast in the kitchen every morning. The rooms were cleaned very well by the family themselves every two days. We are very satisfied and happy that we stayed at Sweet Florence.

Convenient location to the center, clean room, the manager was very kind, he helped us with luggage storage and provided us with tips for breakfast and dinner. Just a small note about the room: I would add a coat rack and a shelf in the bathroom and in the shower. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Very helpful and kind owner. Impeccable, modern room equipped with everything you need. The owner also provided us with free tea and coffee. More than pleasant experience even though it lasted only one night. We will definitely come back.

Very courteous and helpful managers. Clean, large, and well-kept room, exactly like in the photos. Bathroom integrated into the room with opaque frosted glass panels.
