Our farmhouse is located at Vinci art city, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a location with a spectacular view nearby Apparita. "Spazzavento" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.

Owner who speaks French and English, it is a big plus. Additionally, Daniele provides good advice for visits, produces excellent olive oil and good wine. \nWe recommend!

The structure is excellent for a few days of relaxation using the swimming pool, the garden, and the tranquility of the area. The managers are very helpful and courteous, they organize aperitifs in the vineyard and theatrical events that, unfortunately, we were unable to see because they were on different dates from our stay. The location is excellent for visiting the Leonardo museums in Vinci and the nearby villages. The rooms are spacious and equipped with the right comforts. The only drawback is the shower curtain; a transparent door would be better. Given the very hot summer, the fans were barely sufficient.

We arrived at the Spazzavento agriturismo welcomed by the owners, very kind and helpful people. We were also surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The price is worth the room. We definitely have a good memory and even our son appreciated being in the midst of Nature among vineyards and hills. If we were to pass through Tuscany again, we will definitely return.

The welcome upon our arrival was not sterile, limited to simply handing over the keys, but they immediately made us feel comfortable by providing us with useful information about the structure and facilities and giving us directions on where to shop, agreements with restaurants, and itineraries in the surrounding area. \nThe managers have always been available for any need (the owner even came to our rescue one evening when we found ourselves far from the structure in a sudden real storm), but always with absolute discretion. \nThe location of the structure, on the crest of a hill, offers exceptional views and stunning sunsets like a postcard. The area is ventilated and provides relief even on the hottest days. \nThe visit to the farm conveys the passion and care of the owners and the attention to sustainable cultivation, using new technologies and applied studies for the protection of the territory. Passion and love that are reflected even in the origin of the wine labels. \nWe are fully satisfied with our stay!

Immersed in the hills of Chianti, just outside Vinci, the farmhouse was located in a position that allows you to easily visit cities like Florence and Empoli but also Vinci, a very beautiful town and the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, while enjoying a splendid panorama and a respectful quietness. The room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast abundant. At a great price, you can enjoy a visit to the Spazzavento vineyards and cellar with a plentiful and truly excellent wine tasting accompanied by food, both self-produced. Daniele, the owner, was very helpful and passionate in the detailed explanation of the wine production system. The latter is carried out in total respect of the territory and tradition. There is an air of genuineness. All activities are carried out with a strong focus on environmental and social sustainability. I found a familiar and professional environment. Daniele and Mariia, the owners, were super helpful both in ensuring services and attentions and in giving directions and tips not to miss the beauties of the territory. I would recommend it without a doubt. It was a truly beautiful experience. The pool in summer adds a touch of fresh relaxation not to be underestimated. What can I say... Thank you and hope to see you soon. Keep it up!

High-level structure. We stayed as a couple for a week: Daniele (the manager) and his wife welcomed us in person, always very kind and extremely helpful, as we have rarely experienced. The structure is located on a hill, where you can enjoy a wonderful view, it is also centrally located between Florence, Lucca and Pisa which can be easily reached in about 40 minutes. The breakfast was abundant, both sweet and savory. Our room was basic, but very comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness in both the bed area and the internal bathroom. Furthermore, being a farm, it is possible to do a tasting of wines produced on site, with an attached explanation of the manual processing techniques carried out by Daniele: we personally strongly recommend trying the one with 5 wines, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We sincerely hope to return soon.

Daniele and his wife are super welcoming, kind, attentive to the needs of their guests, and available in everything. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, the rooms very nice and cozy, the outdoor spaces well-kept. You can see they put passion into it. It was pleasant to stay with them.

Beautiful place, but what makes the difference is the kindness and availability of Daniele and Maria who manage the agriturismo. I also recommend trying the excellent quality wines made on the agriturismo's estate.

Beautiful farmhouse located in the countryside of Vinci. From the structure and the pool, you can enjoy an excellent view, ideal for those seeking relaxation. Very clean rooms, kind managers attentive to the needs of the customers. High respect for covid regulations. Possibility of visits and tastings at the winery which I recommend. We will return.

We spent 4 beautiful days! The place is wonderful and relaxing. The breakfast served is warm, fresh, good, and plentiful. The owner Mr. Daniele was very kind, as well as his family. \nNot to mention their wine, which is too good! I recommend buying it to take home with you. \nAll in all, a place definitely worth visiting, with family or friends. 5 stars.

In merito al cambio biancheria, desideriamo segnalare che procediamo sempre al cambio quando la biancheria utilizzata viene lasciata a terra, o quando è visibilmente sporca. Durante il suo soggiorno non ci siamo trovati in nessuna delle situazioni precedenti. Se era suo desiderio sostituire la biancheria avrebbe potuto richiedercelo, come sempre cerchiamo di adoperarci al massimo per rispondere alle richieste dei nostri ospiti e non sarebbe stato assolutamente un problema venire incontro alla sua richiesta.

We stayed for 5 days. \nIt was fantastic, pure relaxation in the middle of the vineyards! Also nice to go with friends, more families and also with children. \nThere is a garden with tables and barbecue area available to everyone and the pool which is a relief for all. \nThe owner and his wife are exquisite people! I recommend!

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast nestled in the Tuscan hills. Very convenient to visit the numerous art cities in the area. The owners are kind and helpful. Pleasant surprise the breakfast served directly in the apartment.

Great Bed and Breakfast just a stone's throw from Vinci, cozy and quiet. The rooms are very spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and a pool with a breathtaking view over the valley. The owners were very kind and met all our needs. Definitely worth booking again for trips in the surrounding area.
