The problem was with reception, nobody was there to direct us. Also, no air conditioning in the room, so it was suffocating in the room.

Good value for money. The property does not have a parking but they recommended a public parking nearby.

Our stay was really nice, the room is located quite near the town centre. It is located near the railroad, but it wasn't any problem.

Lovely room, the sponsor solved all of our doubts, and we enjoyed so much staying there.

Very nice accommodation. The guy waited for me at 20:00 even though my flight had a delay. The property is 750m away from the Santa Maria Novella Station and you can easily go by foot there or just take the tram which is exactly opposite the building. Everything else is close to the station. Breakfast has some nice basic things even though they are not included in the price. Everything went very well.

Host was very nice, but there is no real breakfast provided, you must pay for coffee, stains on bed, near transit but 30 min walk to any of the sites. would not stay here again.

Excellent place and well located, as being close to the central station made it very easy to access everywhere. The service was very warm.

The room left much to be desired, the floor creaked, there was a lot of noise from some kind of motor coming from the inner courtyard that the window overlooks, many mosquitoes.

Clean, very close to the station and the center.

Highly recommended, 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station. Very spacious and clean room, availability to leave luggage after check-out.

I liked it, especially because it is welcoming and close to the center and easy to reach by public transport.

Strategic location, close to the tram stop. Comfortable and elegant.

The structure is nice and essential, finely furnished and with elegant details, 10 minutes from the station on an easily walkable street (even on foot, with suitcases and children, as we were). We didn't have the opportunity to meet the host with our schedules and it's a shame because it is always pleasant to meet other people. In the area, there are some bars where you can have breakfast, but a coffee machine and kettle with cups are also provided, and there is a small fridge in the room.

Good morning, we stayed at La Coccinella for 5 days on the occasion of "Danza in fiera". We found it very well, located a few minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station, from the historic center and from the Fortress where the fair took place. Clean and spacious apartment.

The structure is in an excellent location, close to the center, reachable both on foot and by public transport. Spacious, clean rooms equipped with the necessary comforts for the stay. I would say the quality-price ratio is perfect. The managers are friendly and very helpful.

Excellent location - close to the S. Maria Novella station, therefore to the historic center. Everything is feasible on foot without taking any means of transport. The self-check-in is convenient with the clear instructions from the owner.

The structure is easily reachable and close to a paid parking lot, therefore it is convenient to leave the car and move around on foot. Nearby there are services and restaurants, so it is convenient to move around.

Everything was perfect except for the possibility of having breakfast. Strange for a bed and breakfast.

It was not as I expected. Old fixtures, walls need painting, open shower cabin, the whole bathroom floods, dust on the floor.

Ok for the size of the room. The window doesn't close properly, so, being next to the trains, you can hear the noises. Run-down bathroom to be renovated.

What could be improved is: Lack of bidet. The shower is small and lacks a glass door, which caused water to leak into the bathroom. The room is not very clean, especially the floor. What I appreciated is the location.

As first time I found myself well, no problem. For the reservation I will make, I will ask for another room, with a higher bathroom mirror because I am 1.90 cm tall and to shave I got back pain. Thank you very much, we will see you in June.

Unfortunately, we were told that Soggiorno La Coccinella was very close to the center, instead it is a 20/25-minute walk on foot.

The property is located in a strategic location, just a few minutes from the station and some of the main attractions in the city center. The location is therefore a significant bonus, the room was clean, the place not too noisy. A good experience.

Excellent in every aspect. A special mention to Mrs. Chiara (manager) for her availability and attention in solving a problem. We will come back.

Good value for money and convenient because close to the metro stop, practically like staying in the station area so just a stone's throw from the center. The only downside is some mosquitoes in the room despite the anti-mosquito device, everything else is ok. It is worth noting the bathroom provided with courtesy service and hairdryer and above all clean.

Although the initial phone contacts were pleasant at the time of arrival, despite having called to inform, we found no one. After another call, they sent the codes via WhatsApp to enter and unload the luggage and to find out how to manage for parking they had assured us that someone would arrive shortly but after a not short wait no one arrived. We have never had face-to-face contact with the owners but only contact via phone and messages both for any further information, and for the same payment that was made online without the tourist tax, which after further request we were told to leave in the room. The snack bar was without milk and drinks and the coffee pod was paid, the room refrigerator was empty and after reading that their policy is plastic free (but the courtesy set in the room was all in plastic) we understood, the lack but glass bottles can excellently replace plastic bottles. Of the 2 rooms booked, the first one is very large (definitely used for 4 people) and comfortable even if the French window did not have a tight closure, the second one instead small and with a bed placed in a strange position and also noisy (an external heat pump that activated every 15/20 minutes and at night it is certainly not pleasant). Recommendations: it would be better to position the bed in the opposite position of the current one (in the niche) and a refresh to the walls and doors would not be bad as well as a mirror in the bathroom in a more comfortable position (we are not all one meter and seventy tall) and some towel hangers would also be useful. It would also be useful to have a luggage rack since the one in the wardrobe is unusable because there are double pillows.

The property is strategically located, close to the station and the center. Excellent welcome from the owner who was very helpful. Although breakfast was not included, there was always a snack corner available to guests. The only flaw, the coffee in capsules at an additional cost.

Structure close to the center and the train station: beautiful strategic location.

Good location. The owner is very cute and very helpful. She advised us on many things to do and see.

The strong point of the property is that it is well connected to the city center thanks to the tram, which passes right in front and in 2 minutes you are at Santa Maria Novella.

The location of the property is excellent because, although not in the center, it is in front of a tram stop that allows you to reach the station and, at the next stop, Santa Maria Novella. The owners are punctual and very helpful in meeting schedules and needs. The room is comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is a bit small but it is private so it's okay like that. Areas for improvement: the walls are a bit stained and in general the common area could use a little more care. Breakfast is essential. Room soundproofing not optimal.

Let's start with the fact that I asked for a double room but they gave me a double room. The room does not have air conditioning. The very old mattress was dirty and very worn out. There are no accessible electrical outlets near the bedside tables, so it is difficult to easily recharge cell phones. It is impossible to watch TV because the volume button is stuck, so it is impossible to lower the volume. We were massacred by thousands of mosquitoes because there is no mosquito net on the only window. The room is very narrow. The bathroom has no window, bidet, curtain or shower box, the only dispenser of liquid soap is near the sink, so even if it were functioning it would be unusable for the shower because it is too far away. The bathroom door is impossible to close completely and the spaces are really narrow. The price is exaggerated in relation to the poor quality. I apologize if I forgot something. Good luck.

The bed and breakfast is nice, clean, and located in a great position, just a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella station and not far from the center of Florence. Right in front of the bed and breakfast, there is also a convenient tram stop (line T2). The hosts are very nice and gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage at the entrance on the day of departure, also providing information on the main places of interest and places to eat. It is also very convenient to access the bed and breakfast by entering the codes at the intercom and the door. We had a great time and we recommend it!

This Bed and Breakfast is located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator. The tram stop is very close, just cross the street, and offers excellent connections to both the historic center and the S. M. Novella station. I stayed in a very comfortable double room, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom, although small, lacks nothing; the courtesy set with shower gel, soap, and body lotion was much appreciated. Really excellent cleanliness. Breakfast is not provided, but each room has a kettle for tea and at the entrance, there is a coffee machine and baskets with croissants, toast, and packaged snacks. The lady who welcomed me was very friendly and kind, super helpful for any need. I recommend it and would gladly return.

Room with private bathroom, located in a large apartment that contains 4 other rooms. Excellent cleanliness and particularly appreciated the body lotion in the bath soaps kit. We recommend!

The structure is located inside a palace, near the tram stop and about a 15-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. The room was clean and matched the description on the website. Chiara is a very friendly and helpful person. Our experience was very positive.

We stayed one night. The room, although small in size, was well-kept in detail. Only downside: the small bathroom was missing a bidet. It is an excellent solution for those who want to stay in Florence without spending a fortune. The city center is not very far on foot, about 20 minutes. Near the structure, there are several parking spaces with blue lines where you can park, they are free from 8 pm to 8 am, the remaining 2 euros per hour.

We spent one night at the property, located about 1 kilometer from Soggiorno La Coccinella. From here, it is possible to visit Florence on foot, in about 10-15 minutes you reach the historic center. The value for money is excellent. Mrs. Chiara welcomed us with great warmth and willingness to provide all the information for our stay in Florence. The room was clean and everything in order. Breakfast is not included but there is a coffee machine and various snacks available! I recommend it and greet Chiara and her husband! Antonella.

Overall it was a positive experience, especially for the convenience of the location, but also for the availability and kindness of the owners. Certainly, with some small adjustments, it could have been even better. For example, the breakfast; booked, but once there we were told not available. Considering that there were various food items available and that it was possible to make coffee and there was a kettle in the room, there were two issues, there was not enough space in the room to have a proper breakfast for two seated. And even though the B&B's location is optimal for its proximity to the train station and the historic center, there are no bars/pastry shops in the immediate vicinity for breakfast. The room could also use some minor improvements, such as the main light switch, which is missing, next to the bed. That being said, for the time spent in the room (practically only for sleeping), the B&B is fine for a short visit to the city, the value for money (for Florence) is excellent and therefore recommended.

One of the best I've stayed in. Nice concept of structure, close to the center, services and transportation just a stone's throw away.

Quality-wise higher structure compared to some hotels, easy communication and convenient self check-in. Close to the station and a few meters from the BELFIORE stop of tram T2 which, after only 3 stops, leaves you almost in the center.

Great location and good value for money. Simple but adequate structure.
